Looks like they took my previous message on this here thread to heart and are enacting exactly what I said! So glad I was of service to the mighty FIFA.

Saw that and thought "how the hell are they letting him back in?". In the NFL, he'd be out, easily. FIFA better watch it or they will have world-sized concussion lawsuit on their hands that will make the NFL's settlement look like an allowance.
