Yea, Brady is definitely being affected by the Denver pass-rush, that's a rushed throw and a kind of mistake he rarely makes. Now Denver cashes in quickly. IMPO they need to try and establish the run a bit more, too much to ask of any one guy to beat that tough defense.

a lot. I don't know the number, but it's quite significant--something like 5% more PATs missed, maybe more.
