I wasn't able to watch a replay but that spike didn't even look like a spike, but a 2-handed push, which could have technically been a lateral, thus a fumble.By the way, spiking the ball to kill the clock was the biggest mistake the Cowboys made in the game and I thought so at the time. It most likely cost them the game and that is on the coaches not the players.

There zone was soft and the corner who was supposed to pick up Cook was way to far underneath him to even challenge for that. That wasn't a huge breakdown though. They had some issues before and got away with some defensive holding. They have an offense capable of really taking them far, they just need to build that defense to do more.I'd agree to a point but the problem is when Rodgers rolls way out like that he buys a TON of time and eventually he's gonna spot that ONE tiny place where he can stick that ball, that ball placement had to be PERFECT for that play to have a chance and it was.
