Nice theory that is really unsupported!! Sure there are a lot of missed calls, don`t get me wrong, but to assume they are missed because the ref`s decide everything is bogus!! The calls are missed because Football is still a game that is called by fallible human beings!! Nothing too difficult about understanding what I just said!!

Pete Carroll successfully challenged a no PI call. Seemed like one that should have been called, although not crazy blatant. Gave them a first down instead of punting. Got a TD out of it.

Refs missed a pretty obvious helmet to helmet on Wilson on the same play. Weird since they've been emphasizing that for a while, and he's one of the league's big money guys.

also, I'm not convinced that his antics during the offseason weren't planned, and quite possibly with knowledge from someone in the Pats organization. The two always wanted to be together, and it seems like a rather asshole way of getting around Pitt's refusal to allow Brown into NE while under contract, and in his prime.

he suddenly seems to not care at all about his helmet, and simply the fact that he walks away from 30 million doesn't mean he's stupid; he just didn't care about it. At the end of the Pats contract, it's quite possible that he's been hinted at something far more lucrative, as long as he keeps his nose clean.

I wouldn't expect a good game. Steelers looked godawful week one (mostly because the Pats are that good), but now no rofflsburger, so their season ain't looking so great.

I've been Steelers fan since I was old enough to know what football was. ( my dad was from a small farm town a couple of hours away from p- burgh) They've had some good seasons, some bad seasons, and a few horrid ones.
I'm hoping Rudolph does decent in Ben's stead.
