Dumped my AMD this morning for a $2k loss for the week but a $3k gain since July. Going to form a personal mini mutual fund of 7 stocks in a couple days, Ford, GM, Walmart, Alphabet, AMD, Nvidia and Apple each with the same amount of cash buy in and see what happens over a few years. And keep some brokerage cash for occasional gambling on a meme stock.

Volatility has been below normal for so long we forgot what it was like.

A little too risky to buy or short right now especially if you are looking min to min and not the macro.

My stuff's mostly up 15% or so for 12 months. The daily wobbles aren't really an issue.

Not sure where you get your information from. Biden can't just tell the government to shut down. The government operating budget passed earlier this month avoiding a shutdown. BBB passing or not will not determine a government shutdown.
