I tend to have this annoying habit of selling things at the very bottom of any given market. For example, I had some oil co's in the mix a few years ago. They had been dragging ass for years. So I deemed them "underperforming." Russia then attempts to invade Ukraine. SMH

This time, I did a partial redemption of the Vanguard Total Stock Market Index Fund at pretty much the top of the market. Oh my, what a refreshing change.

Even so, it's going to be about 2 weeks before they settled the transaction, put it into the money market fund, then request the check and have the bank hold it for 3 days. You'd think I was trying to sell a black market baby.

I set my Vanguard funds to allow for specific lot. Then I can at least sell lots that are the most advantageous to dump.

It is after all just a means to transfer money from Trump's followers (or those who want to gain his favor) directly to Trump and his key allies.
Grifters grifting griftingly.

The word grifter was all but dropped to our language a decade ago.
Well, if you have been reading the news reports, revenue is scant relative to market cap.

This is what makes all SPACs a terrible investment....far too many shares are issued so the only thing that happens is they all go down to under $1 or bankrupt.

There are rare exceptions like SOFI, but even that stock is far off its highs because it did not deserve the market cap relative to it earnings and potential.

If DJTs market cap were relative to its sales and growth potential it would likely trade under $5. So they are selling shares now to at least have more cash on hand.

If Trump wins there will likely be a short term bounce followed a trip to $2.00 ville for his term in office. Just my guess however, I could be wrong.

I would buy another put but they are very expensive now.

I also had a crazy idea..buy GSY just before dividend date using 2x leverage. The yield is 5.5% on this Invesco quasi money market ETF fund.

A little bit of pullback is normal. We haven't had much of this within the past six months.

They were probably thinking...he sold at the top and not the bottom this time? He was probably consulting a black market baby with foreknowledge of the market.

Apparently CyberTrucks can still rust. Who would've thought that stainless steel could rust?

That brings back some memories. My 1966 Chevy Belair had rot around the rear window. I think I finally "fixed" it with silicone caulk.

DJT should now merge with Gamestop
Then put out a crypto coin, some NFTs, and go all in on AI.
Wow, I thought about what could be all the catch phrases that won't pan out in the end. Yet, I somehow missed streaming. Streaming is where DJT can finally lose some serious money.

The stock is only down another 15% today though.

What is next? Multilevel marketing? Payments to prove your posts are real without verifying you are who you say you are? Some form of timeshare? Maybe stick an 'i' in front of one of the product names--that'll guarantee a success.

What's next? How about a monthly subscription model that includes Trump steaks, Trump ice (water) and online courses to Trump U. 😗🤭

Trump me?! Trump U!

I took a little bit of profit on March 4th when professional analysts couldn't say if we were in a bubble or a true rally.

This whole pullback on rate cuts has me happy about the decision. Still have plenty in both.

Money velocity has been creeping up since early 2020 and we're not yet back to pre-covid levels. So that's probably causing some issues for the Fed.

I'm probably going to sell all my EU small cap index fund and buy a STOXX 600 instead.
