I couldn't help myself after the excitement of this week's Thursday night game, and back to back Thursday nighters with undefeated teams is pretty special. Starting early will prevent controversial "bets" and what not too, as all will be cleared prior to kickoff.

I bet Louisville couldnt beat even HALF of the teams in the top 10.

I just hope rutgers wins so people will quit talking about louisville. Maybe when they have a hard schedule ALL year, then people can consider them.

I'm rooting for UL so a Big East team plays for the NC. However, this is the biggest game in RU history, and we saw what happened last night during UL's biggest game in history on their home field. I think RU will run on them well, but not as well as WVU. UL will win 34-24.

I'm hoping Rutgers wins out. Since they weren't ranked in the pre-season, they'll probably get passed by a 1-loss team for the NC. Then we'll have another example of why the BCS doesn't work. I actually sort of like the idea of split NCs, though. What erks me is the fact that the BCS claims to decide anything definitively.

I hate to admit it, Brackis, but I also think WVU is probably the best team in the BE. However, Louisville (and maybe Rutgers) is much more balanced and more suited to competing against someone like Ohio St or Michigan IMO. WVU is a bit like USC was last year: to win they just have to hope they can outscore their opponent.

They aren't as speedy as WVU, but they have amazing line play and can really grind you out like a phalanx.

Hell yeah would I love to see Rutgers fight for the champeenship

But I don't think Rutgers has a chance at beating Louisville, let alone Louisville and WVU in their finale.

I was mocked pre-season for just saying "hey, watch UL...they're gonna be pretty good."

Rutgers is playing well, but I don't think they are on the same level. Eitherway this coverage is great. GO CARDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As to any doubters, UL paid big bucks to keep coach Petrino for many years. We are commited to building a strong college football program (we have no pro).

Rutgers alum here, stadium is about 5 minutes from my house. But I think they are going to get spanked back to the 90's. They have had an easy schedule, and if Rice's ankle isn't 100% they are in for a world of trouble.

On a side note, thanks RU for being undefeated, I have two tickets to this game that I paid $14 for which are going on criagslist tomorrow for a tidy profit
