I thought if a kick is tipped and it goes forward... it is dead unless touched by the defense?

ok....I'm waiting for some defence by either team. It seems to be an offensive game with little real defense.

/Don't get me wrong, I was happy when they beat WVU last week.

Apparently not... although a 15 yard punt is created by a small small tip... not a pull block or a bad punt

It was too close to just go ahead and say

"ROUGHING THE KICKER 15-YARD PENALTY FOR YOU GUYS LOL!"

In those situations, you have to assume the ball was tipped given how close the guy was and how short the kick was. Piss poor officiating...just plain ol' piss poor.
