WHO WILL WIN?!!?

The respective sports marketing companies....

And the consession vendors.

Gonna be a cold night at Papa Johns.
QFTruth. I tried to get tix to this game, and the cheapest off online ticket brokers for nosebleed were $300. In comparison, I only paid about $185 apiece for U.Deck 50 yard line seats for the Sugar Bowl. Can't believe tix are so expensive for this game.

Go to the TV truck compound and voulenteer your services as a grip.
Trucks usually have extra press passes.

U of M needs to crush OSU by like 28 pts. so that the Buckeyes fall hard in the BCS standings. A Louisville win tonight might make it a Michigan vs. Louisville championship. That way I'll have a good night no matter who wins. Still hoping the maize and blue win it all...

/hail to the victors

Why do people think the BCS standings take margin of victory into consideration? It doesn't

But it factors in the polls, and thus in the BCS standings.

Is Brohm back from injury?

I didn't realize this, but Brohm was the 6th overall QB in his draft class.

He's amazing and I'm seriously hoping the Seahawks draft him to replace Hasselbeck in the future.

Just off ESPN, which I didn't know:
The league has encouraged its schools to take advantage of having only seven conference games and build strong nonconference opponents into their schedules. Louisville has completed deals with Utah and North Carolina State and is talking to Kansas, Georgia, LSU and Miami. West Virginia's future schedules include Auburn, Maryland, Florida State and Michigan State.

The Big East is finally getting some big non conference games, going to be exciting in years to come.

This is why I feel for Boise State. Teams refuse to schedule home & home series with these guys.

Well then Boise State should just suck it up and whore themselves out, its what Fresno State did(even though they suck now). Boise State isnt the only place teams wont agree to home and home series.

There are a lot major schools that other major schools wont play at because its not a good deal in terms of money.

For schools its not about football its about money. Money money money.

Giving the other team a natural home field advantage in your nonconference games is a good way to not make the BCS. Under the current scheme, Boise can play a decent schedule and potentially make a 10 million dollar bowl berth, or whore themselves out for $750,000 to go to death valley LSU, like Fresno does, and have a disadvantage.

Yep, all about $$$$. Good game

Location has a lot to do with why no one wants to play @ Boise. There are almost no BCS schools anywhere near Boise. I think Oregon State just finished a home and home with BSU and Oregon has one starting in a year or two.

LSU actually agreed to an 8 or 9-year deal with Tulane just because they're right down the street. BSU doesn't have any neighbors even remotely that nearby.

Boston College is nowhere near Miami, yet they've been in the same conference playing each other for years.
Idaho really isn't THAT far from California or the uppermidwest either.

I'm feeling a fumble

Naw, Brohm just decided to skip a few passes on the ground.

I thought the guy who sacked him could have more of a play for the ball. Brohm didn't see him by the simple fact that he didn't step up or make any move to avoid him.
