Has anybody found an installation guide for the IS7, as in which order you load cards software etc...?

There are too many PAT / GAT rumors floating around. Someone set me straight on these points. Here are a list of things I've heard:
1. The Memory : CPU ration *must* be 1:1 (although the GAT options are still there regardless, which is confusing)
2. PAT / GAT doesn't work with a FSB of 200 (I don't believe this and think it's a mistake)
3. PAT / GAT doesn't work unless you set the N/B strap to something other than 800 (again, only saw one person mention this, and I doubt the validity)
4. PAT / GAT will not work with FSB speeds above 200
The only one of these that sounds right to me is number 1. Agree? Disagree?

Anyone having problems with USB 2.0 working correctly?
I honestly only have 1 USB 2.0 device, a 6in1 Flash Reader ... works BEFORE SP1a and comes up as Unknown Device IN the USB section
If I disable USB 2.0(in the bios), the reader works again ...
Anyone have any ideas, I've been racking my brain here...
The Abit IS7 reads temps on the high side and the Asus boards read them on the low side. It's that simple. Both you and your friend are really at about 48-50C. ( +6/8C Asus)( -6/8C Abit)Originally posted by: AirGibson
My friend is getting 32 C idle on his 2.4c processor with his ASUS board and 40-42 under full load with the stock intel fan & pad and the system closed :\ No idea how he's getting this.
