briant73, "Orion" already replied to that. You need to post which version of Sandra you're using, and which options are enabled for that specific module, and if that's buffered or unbuffered.
It's hard to tell from your posts what you are saying or what you are quoting. If quoting someone, then you should use the "Quote" button on the toolbar when you type, or mentioned their name, or maybe put it in italics.
You cannot "enable" dual channel mode with only one stick of memory and your bandwidth is severely limited with only one stick. The IS7 is a dual channel memory mobo so at least two IDENTICAL sticks have to be used for DC operation.
FWIW, With only one stick in my old Asus P4B533 (845 chipset and NOT a DC mobo) I get over 2100 on the "memory bandwidth benchmark" w/1.8a @2.5ghz, which is pretty bad (Sandra 2003 Pro, all module options checked). So, you should be getting much more than 19xx. With the Unbuffered boxes unchecked makes it go all the way down to 1600+.
I don't have the mobo yet so I can't say exactly about your settings, but you appeared to have fixed a typo (100/33 now 100/133). As far as the memory dividers; again I can't say where exactly, but I think what Orion is saying is set them to 1:1 instead of 5:4 or 3:2. You'll just have to look around in the BIOS to find them. They may be under "advanced chipset config" and you may not see them if any memory timings are set to "auto".
