Best bet for times is 12am EST (maybe 12am PST), if not then most likely 9am EST unless a retailer jumps the gun.

Newegg, Microcenter, and Best Buy have confirmed stock. I have seen ShopBLT and B&H Photo listing stock, but they are not at MSRP and listed as "preorders"

Edit: Amazon is starting to list items as well. No stock/prices yet, however.

How does this work? Some punk who works at best buy preorders 4 pieces and if he can scalp them on ebay, he will? And if he cant find any suckers, then he will just cancel the preorder?

I don't think there are pre orders. He either works at one of these stores and bought them hoping to sell them or they will try and get them tomorrow.

LOL. That's dumb. This is an AMD card; not an Nvidia card. There aren't as many gullible people that will fall for that trap. Nvidia owns that user base.

Depends. I thought they weren't great at mining. What was it? 24MH/S @ ~110 watts? Is that worth nearly a 2X price premium when other AMD cards are readily available at normal price or discounted prices? Isn't mining about ROI? The answer isn't that simple. Yes, at $199, it's pretty attractive. At the gouging price of $380? Miners would have to do a double take on that.
