Yeah, he is pro-Sanjaya. Honestly I'm voting for Sanjaya as a gesture of pro-Stern solidarity. I doubt he can have that much effect, in that Sirius' subscriber base is a small fraction of the American Idol viewership and there isn't that much cross-pollenization, but nevertheless I am happy to do my part for Sanjaya as a Stern fan.

i was (still am) a big Chris Daughtry fan, but he made out better by not winning.

Yeah, Taylor Hicks was the votefortheworst darling for the last few weeks of the show last season. He did have a core group of fans, though. They called themselves "The Soul Patrol." When teamed up with the a$$hole patrol (what votefortheworst was calling themselves at the time) they were a force to be reckoned with.
