again, am i the ONLY person to see that Melinda is just LIMITED in her range? that last note, she cheated because she KNEW she couldn't hit it.

sorry, she is the most accomplished but doesn't have any upside, 5 yrs from now, she will sound exactly the same as she does now. Jordin or Blake could sound much better 5 yrs from now, so much more upside with those two than with melinda.

i think lakisha goes home tonite.

Nobody can say there was too much disco tonight at least. When I think Bee Gees and disco I think of dancing and booty shakin'. I guess they're having none of that tonight. Still, nobody has been outstanding and wonderful. Overall, it's been a real snoozer of a show. *yawn*

Melinda was still the best. Jordin and Lakisha were shouting but I much prefer Kiki's voice over Jordin's. Blake needs to go. I'm tired of his gimmicky act.

There are already too many singers like Blake and Jordin around.

Overall, I thought the show stunk tonight. No really great singer tonight and definitely no really great performer.

actually, i really thought Jordin stood out tonite. i know no surprise, i've liked her since the early weeks.

but even her last song, randy and paula were going on and on about pitch, but frankly, some of the greatest singers of all time sang off pitch, pitch is only important of the singer doesn't know what they are doing.

jordin has a knack, she can flat or sharp a note and it's not off pitch, it just has color.

shoot, louis armstrong was hardly ever "on pitch".

jordin may "color" it up as you said, but I agree that her 2nd song was off. you can tell in her face that she knew immediately too, which at least showed potential

I think lakisha'a voice is super screechy and I can't stand it sometimes. she has been over singing her voice and it's starting to show. If she does not curb that bad habbit, she will lose her voice for good.

Jordin's voice can be corrected since she's still young. if she wins this thing, she should get a personal trainer and she would be a knockout with a great voice. kinda like last season until that gimppy humpped-back grey haired guy stole it

I look at her and get reminded of those old Bugs Bunny cartoons. The poor girl has no neck and looks like Bugs dropped an anvil on her head.
