As for Jordin, her voice is quite common and unrefined. Don't even think she could play third wheel on Destiny's Choice, err, Child. I somehow have problems picturing her still singing successfully past her thirties whereas Melinda could last as long as Patti Labelle and Gladys Knight and still be making albums in her fifties and sixties.

Watching the result show now, and I must say they outdid themselves. I didn't think they could put out absolute back to back crap. The Pink spot was forgettable along with the 4 singing together. At this rate just hope I don't break the FF button.

I want Blake in the finals. I can't stand Melinda. It's just that almost everybody I talk to IRL and online thinks it will be an all girl final. I want it to be Blake and Jordin though.

as for the other... the only song of blake i liked was "this love" which is what he should be doing, and i think he'd sound so much better produced, but jordin hasn't been as phenomenal as she could be.
