Last night was the first time I've watched since Ellen was on. (I watched most of the tryouts) I knew that Tim dude had VFTW backing. Overall I must say that I enjoyed it. I'm calling for Didi to go home. Was she high? I thought that Shabon (sp) was pretty bad too, but she will get sympathy votes.
both of them had been spectacular to great up until last night. Off nights, but it hurts Didi. The judges have been overly harsh on her...I have no idea why. She's been great imo. Siobahn was one of the favorites going in, but her scream at the end bit is getting old and crutchish for her.
Ahh, so Siobahn is a screamer. I didn't mind that, but she was just so off key. I couldn't help but feel bad for her. She held it together, goes back stage and loses it, and the camera follows her. OUCH.

He might last one or two more weeks, but I would be shocked if he lasts much longer. I could see him outlasting Katie, possibly Garcia, and maybe that geeky teenage boy (forgot his name), but that is about as far as he can possibly go.

Didi was wrong to go when Tim sucks so much. The judges teasing her by taking a pause before they DIDN'T give her the save wasn't very nice.
Tim should have gone home. And WTF is with Usher autotuning and P Diddy rappin'? That ain't singing.
I confess. I do follow VFTW. But in fairness, they all suck this year. Seriously, people might say that Crystal and Siobhan are "good," but I wonder how they would've fared in some of the better years? I wonder if Siobhan would've even made the top 12 in some of the past years.
Didi was good eye candy and the pissy looks she would give the judges were classic, but TUrban making the tour and lasting this long just goes to show how awful the show has become. I don't think he will last much longer, as the only ones that I think stand a reasonable chance of getting booted before him are Garcia and Katie. I think Garcia will outlast Tim because apparently, he has his own following.

Yah. Garcia has a strong Latino following. It's funny, I think Tim was called in special by the producer after being sent home in Hollywood, for the top 24. They never explained what happened to the original top 24 contestant that must have dropped out to leave that open spot.
Chris Golightly (the second coming of Justin Guarini) had a contract to be in a boy band. He claimed the contract ended, but it was actually still valid. Since he was under contract, he was booted and they brought Tim back.
