People says that with amd dual core is not more important if the ram go in sincrony. If i put them in sincrony with 313x8 (i no tryed that), they will run at 313mhz, but they are kingston 800... they born to go at 400... is no good to see them at 300.... The problem is the limitate voltage from the m2n-e, so I have to choose between quikly timings or quikly frequence.... I don't know what to do.. P.S. with the core at 2500mhz, i tried to put ram as 800, so they gone at 500mhz and the voltage was not sufficient to boot the system.

mmm i'm a noob clocker and i've had this board for quite a while but just tried clocking it a few days ago....
after fiddling around with bios settings quite a bit I've managed to get my rig (as in my sig) stable at 2.6ghz.
***CPU-Z and Super Pi 1m calculation screenie***
However I'm not too sure bout things like the HT Link.... anyone can gimmi some tips what value it should be?
I can actually boot up to windows with my bus speed at 275 but super-pi will error midway..... and sometimes it won't boot up at all. ha!
Any way I can clock this further?
Oh yeah, this was done with Corsair Valuerams...... haven't had the cash to invest in the better rams yet.....
Any tips to enhance the clocking will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance! =)

I just built a new PC with this board. I'm having some trouble getting the video to work. Here's what I have:
- AMD Athlon 64 X2 4600+ Windsor 2.4GHz Socket AM2 Processor
- POWERCOLOR X1550 512MBDDR2 PCI Express x16 Video Card
- KINGSTON 2GB DDR2 PC5300 Dual Channel Kit
When I start up the machine, everything seems to be working fine, fans spin, DVD drive opens/closes. Then I hear 1 long beep and 3 short beeps, when I googled that, it's a video problem, which is obvious in my case. I tried removing the video card, I still heard the same beep pattern (I really hope I don't have a bad mobo). I'm a newbie and completely clueless right now. Any help would be appreciated.

The video card connects to the PCI express x16 slot and no other wires are attached to it from the mobo. When it's attached to the slot, the fan on the card spins so it's getting power from the mobo. The 3 short beeps remain regardless of whether the card is in or not.

there should be a power hookup on the back of the card. i have a powercolor x1950pro. it is a 2x2 pin hookup
edit: oops i just looked at that card on ebay and i guess it doesn't need an extra power hookup. try the other pci slot maybe? or might be a video card problem. your computer prob won't boot w/o a card cause there's no onboard video.

Well what's a better AM2 NON-SLI mobo for gaming then?
THANKS
