I started tinkering again and managed to get a higher OC out of my combo. I noticed in CPUZ that SPD reported 667-5-5-5-15 (even though the RAM I was sold was supposed to be 667-4-4-4-12). I'm pretty sure I tried this setting before, but perhaps I got better luck with the new BIOS and these setting?
Anyway...

Yet to determine stability, but so far, everything seems ok.
EDIT: Actually, it gets better - I'm now running at 667-4-4-4-12 at the same speeds as in the screenshots above
