Welp, things just got a whole lot worse for me. I did some removing/swapping of PCI cards in an attempt to get Crossfire working and now neither card is outputting a signal when installed alone...
I've tried clearing the RTC RAM, but no luck there. Anything else i should try?
Ouch. Are you getting any beeps when you power-up?
AMI BIOS Beep Codes:

Any chance you have another PCI-e videocard that you can use for testing?

Naw, no beeps. Everything appears to be just fine and normal meaning, all PCI device "power status on" lights are lit and i hear DVD's spinning and the hard dive humming. All fans are spinning and light's lit and Water pump is pumping.
I don't have an extra vidcard to test with but being that i'm trying to get two cards in Crossfire i doubt both cards have gone bad. I've tried both alone in both PCIe slots and both without any other PCI* devices and with one or both of my other PCI cards.
At this point i'm likely giving up on this board and will try and grab another one 2morrow.
Thanks again for the help and suggestions,
