The current Denver team is weaker than probably 9 or 10 editions of the Colts under Manning, so I'm not sure they'll make it this year (though I am hoping they do). The bright side is that the AFC is much weaker now so they have a better chance.

I think you smoke crack. Our defense this year will be better than any defense the Colts ever had while Manning played for them.

Offense of the Colts may have been better a few years, but we'll see as I think this team will surprise a lot of people. I also think our running game and offensive line is at least as good as the colts super bowl teams.

All of our additions were very key and we have a good looking team on all sides

Broncos ranked 20th overall in D last year. The Colts had several years ranked higher.

I'm rooting against the Packers simply because as soon as they won one super bowl every other word you heard was "dynasty" lol, also those post-super bowl commercials for the Packers were unbearably bad.

well, they were pretty fucking awesome all of last year, especially with legit Jesus (Rogers) at the helm; unlike last season's fake Jesus (Tebow) sucking it up and slumming wherever the fuck he is now.

yeah, I'm not too worried about that one. They've matched up pretty evenly so far....though maybe that's a bad thing, considering the utter shit that has been the Colts for the last couple of seasons, compared to SD.

?? He won in his only match-up against Eli. Obviously 3TD vs 2INT with a 82 QBRat isnt preferable but it was good enough to win. Especially in an away game. And obviously its not Peyton because pretty much every time he shows up against the Chargers he gets beat worse than a rented Grand Canyon mule. Lowest QB rating and TDs vs INTs shows that. It's not even a small sample; 7 games with premium receivers. Who's he got now, especially since I could count on one hand how many passes he's thrown for over 20+ yards during training camp.

What does Peyton Manning have that Phil Rivers will likely never have? If you said a SB win, SB MVP, 4 league MVPs, numerous NFL records, and a spot in Canton, you're correct.

Did Phil play defense in those games? No. It is pretty pathetic that Manning threw 6 INTS but what was even more pathetic than that was the fact that the Colts nearly won the game. Rivers would have rolled up into a ball and be crying on the sideline if that happened to him.

On paper, they are a shoe in to win the division....unless sexy Rexy has something up his sleeve that we do not know about, which I highly doubt... I do love how they are saying Cromartie might be playing WR this year...

You're not the only one. So it's just you and me. Kolb won't shock the world, but lets hope for some improvement. The D is going to be very good and under the radar. My only worry is that Donovan McNabb will be our starter by mid season. I can see some QB injuries coming.

Thankfully the Broncos over pai....got Manning. If SF had signed him it would have been over. At least you can count on the Bronco's choking on something.
