Anyone getting really bad performance today? It was fine this morning but now my framerate is all over the place, and sometimes hitting someone in the head point blank with a shotgun isnt even registering.

I swear that I sometimes don't push the spacebar and I get revived. I don't know if it is just that I am hitting it and not paying attention or if game actions other than hitting 'R' (or whatever it is to decline)will auto accept it as well

Sidenote: If you get enough ribbon awards it doesn't list them all you just get one generic 'Ribbons' ribbon and the sum total of points underneath it

I dont think I have ever 'accepted a revive' I have just been revived

yeah I didnt want to quit, trust me. wish we could make squads in the beta the right way

Nice! I cant wait for my 2500k and other rig parts to get here. I hope it is a worthy upgrade over my current Q6600.

I dunno if there have been any changes to the servers or the beta, or if it was just the particular server I was on, but I just had 5 great games of Metro Rush. Noticed none of the annoyances I had been seeing in the past. (Other than a few graphical streaks and flashes, probably GPU driver issues) Won 4 of the 5 and 2 playing as the attackers! Both teams were evenly matched and all games went to the wire. Prior to this evening I had not seen an attacking team ever get past the second set of MCOMS in the tunnels. Loved it, Im feeling much better about this game now.

With all of the potential this game has the only way I see MW3 doing better is the fact that its system requirements will be lower. And I have been a huge CoD fan from the beginning so Im not playing favorites. CoD has just become far too stale.

anyone else have problems arming and disarming? The timer to arm/disarm keeps resetting on me unless i am in the perfect position. Its a huge pain in the ass

Yes, it has also done the same thing to me when either arming or disarming it gets a bit annoying.

Happens to me every time. You can't start then turn around to shoot while disarming like you could in BFBC2.

You'd think they would put a warning like this right on the main page of the Battlelog. I would never have known otherwise and I'm sure the majority are the same as me. I saw servers with crazy high numbers and thought it was a bug like so much else, tried to connect to one but couldn't, good thing now I see lol.

Who says attempting to connect isn't all it takes? Reset your passwords ASAP!

Or you could use an EOD bot. That little robot always makes me giggle. I've even named mine Wall-E

Of course this would happen. I was playing TDM and tried to play conquest several times thinking they were opening up the other modes. They should filter that shit out on their backend.

Oh yeah when i last played being closed beta my 9800gtx could do 1280x1024 with most elements on medium with good fps....but today that was not the case i had god awful fps on low at the same resolution.

Played with a gtx460 till 4am that i swore was broken cause performance was bad i mean 1680x1050 even on low the card couldn't even deliver 50fps...

Got my money back on it and will wait till Nov before i make the right video card decision based off if this game is gonna be trash at release or fixed .

Thats odd, i play it on a GTX460 and settings all on high and get excellent fps. fraps reported 40-50fps.

It's official...I love battlelog. I have origin up in the background and just keep an open battlelog tab open on firefox. Two clicks and 20 seconds and I'm in game. It's brilliant.

I'm getting inconsistent results, but generally with my dual OCd 460 768MB cards I am staying above 40fps on ultra and 2x AA.

Afterburner only shows about 60% utlization on the cards though. Am I vram limited or is it just going to take a while before the game is more optimized and scales better? I also expect that getting bulldozer should help

but doesn't having browser open while playing the game takes away from valuable RAM?
when i check my task manager, i have only a tiny bit of RAM (left like) 10, so i don't like how the browser and origin take up valuable RAM that the game can otherwise utilize.
