I don't like the irnv either, but if you don't use it, you're at a disadvantage versus everybody else who has it equipped.
Also I really hope they threw the color blind option on there. I've never tked so many people before.

You need to set it in startup.txt; ranked / unranked status has to be chosen during server startup. It cannot be changed on the fly.

AA is *more* effective vs infantry? Really, is that necessary?
No mention of the AN-94, which is universally considered a shiat gun.
No mention of fixing mouse bindings despite a huge request thread on the EA forums, unless "Fixed a problem regarding keybindings while playing" covers it.
No mention of the Auto-Shotties and Frag rounds (guess I'll keep abusing mine).
I'm pretty happy with the patch overall, and some of the things I was expecting are just pet peeves for me (the AN-94 for example).. but other things are issues for the majority of the playerbase that DICE has acknowledged needs work.. and yet they are not mentioned here.
Increased the damage of Helicopter Miniguns, AA guns, and Jet Cannons against infantry
Increased the damage of Helicopter Miniguns against jeeps.
Reduced the physics impact of AA guns and Jet Cannons, players under attack from these weapons should no longer lose control.
They moved the Join button for joining squads so for awhile people was wondering wtf they couldn't join squads... second when ADMINs start their servers after the patch they must set it to rank or unranked - they cannot change it once it us up - also rank servers minimum start is 4 players to prevent stat padding... haven't been botted or anything... but I noticed some weapons improved - like the P90.... heehehehe
No server issues so far... except battlelog lost some of my favorites... other people reporting issues though I see on the forums...
ah I didnt notice the infantry damage thing. thats bs.
they destory infantry already. jet needed help for sure, I hated getting hit indicators on infantry and no kills
the physics change is huge. if you got up close to the AA it would literally knock you out of the sky
I dont know why the IRNV and tac light couldnt make it, I hope maybe we can get a patch first week of december with that and some other weapon tweaks hopefully....

The patch besides minor performance increases has zero stability to offer...in fact for me its worst.
Another fu*king disconnect during a very excellent round with 8 out of 10 servers giving me connect issues i think the patch has done more damage then fixing...
It couldn't possibly be your hardware/user error because myself and countless others have no stability issues with bf3 whatsoever. The only problem I have had consistently is that the game crashes on the first load of the day.

Maybe your ISP is bad. Or your router is the problem. I really don't think that it's battlog/bf3/ea causing your issues.
