you need to check/update your audio and nic drivers.
I just finished a game with render.perfoverlay set on so I could see CPU/GPU spikes. When the game slows to a crawl and stutters badly my CPU and GPU both have readings between 500-1000 under "max". I happened to see one very extreme spike where both maxes were over 9000 (seriously ).
When I first got the game, it played smoothly. I don't have a top of the line rig (E8500, HD4870, 4GB RAM), but I was able to get acceptable framerates 20-40 avg which I can play with without much complaint. However, as the newer patches arrived, the game seemed to become less stable. Now the game stutters, crashes, and slows to a crawl even when I'm just at the uncap with no firefights.
Some of the Catalyst driver updates in the past were able to fix the game to normal, but then a new patch was released and it all goes to hell again. Right now I'm on 12.3 drivers which aren't the newest. However, for some reason I cannot upgrade to 12.4 even after downloading and installing the package. Catalyst still registers 12.3. Hopefully, a new Catalyst driver update will fix some of these problems, but until then, I'm absolutely baffled as to how the game could have been smooth to start and then began to deteriorate so badly.
I updated my audio drivers. Not sure how to check NIC drivers. Why would those stop the game from crashing?
Be happy. On a brand new build, I installed 12.4, but it tells me 11.5. Can't get it to change no matter what.
Also, curse slugs for making my shotgun accuracy drop. M1014 with slugs is pretty fun, recoil is ridiculous though
Yes, it's normally unlocked at rank 45 (Colonel) so it might not be included in the kit unlock packs. Do you have access to the other all-kit weapons like the .44 revolver, Saiga 12g, or P90?

I was running around reviving people, but does that actually help, or are there no "tickets" in death match? In other words, if the other team takes one of your squadmates down, have they already received a point, and reviving won't help your team at all?
That sucks. Reviving does give back tickets on TDM, you'd think it would on SDM also. :\yeah useless besides getting back in the fight sooner(that server had a 'long' respawn timer of ~10-15 seconds or so)
I do not think it affects ticket count.

Booted this up again after a long time of ignoring it. One, I suck... REALLY suck Two, it looks quite a bit better than I remember. Part of it might be my new monitor that I've never played this on, but I don't remember smoke and particles looking as good in MP when I left it.
Yes, I built a new rig... my brother bought my i5-2550k off me... so I went and got an i5-3570k and a GTX 670... I was going to get an i7-3770k, but I decided to save the money for Haswell or a new 2560x1440 monitor...
My previous build is now my office work PC... dunno what to do with the EVGA GTX 570...
