Lack of the trinity sounds cool and I bet makes it easier to form groups. But I feel that lack of class seperation the trinity brings ultimately blands the game down.
yes... ive been telling people this.
Without the trinity u get more people not knowing what they really should do.
You got no one dedicated to resing people, because everyone is running around in circles on the boss trying to not get one shotted.
Healing in this game is a joke... yes an absolute joke minus 1 ultimate skill that the guardian has.
The problem with no trinity is that it makes the game just have one class, DPS. So if you want to endgame PVE people just want to steamroll which means they want the high DPS classes. You can pretty much do any of the endgame content with a group of mesmers and warriors. That is some crap balance right there.
no everyone wants zerker geared warriors in groups.
This hasnt changed yet.
If ur a zerker class warrior, you have absolutely no problems joinning any dungeon groups.
If your a necro... no one invites you, cuz the necro has been broken since launch outside a few bugs which have been patched.
I wish they would have kept the old class combination system, but added the open world.
me too...
when i was talking to zin asking him how the old system was, he told me.
And honestly it sounded pretty epic...
This version feels rushed, unplanned and kinda slapped together vs GW1.
IT really feels like they couldnt balance the game properly with a trinity, or they were worried of a low population problem hence got rid of the trinity to counter low population.
Well, if u plan a low population game with low population mechanics...well... its gonna turn into low population because of the lack of speciality that class has to offer.
The game was sort of made so u can do almost everything on 1 character...
Yet most of us have 4+ characters all DPS spec'd because well, end game stuff is all dodging and DPS.
