If they have these in stock (and Newegg's real-time inventory system is superb) I don't see what the big deal is charging more for them.
You can either pay the extra or WAIT.
I bought my Retail X2 4400+ for $625 at mwave. Mwave has them in stock right now for $650. Thus, they've marked them up $25 more. Screwegg originally priced the Retail X2 4400+ for $669 then $689 and now $719. That's price gouging at it's finest.
