Fate/Stay Night trailer by Eclipse. They will apparently be taking up the series. They're currently doing Shakugan no Shana with good quality, so hopefully it'll be the same.

Sucks that I can't watch the trailer since my ISP has basically cut me off for breaking a usage limit they implemented last month . Damn anime! I was at 142GB transferred for September and 138GB for October when the limit is 40GB, heh.

Slightly dissapointed at the drawing style and the voice acting cast. Kawasumi Ayako is by far my most favorite seiyuu, but perhaps not the best fit for saber. Noto Mamiko for Iriya really irks me, but whatever
my personal picks would have been :
Shimizu Kaori as Saber
Tamura Yukari as Tosaka Rin
Kawakami Tomoko as Fujimura Taiga
Mizuki Nana as Illyasviel Von Einzbern
Male cast sounds quite alright though. Not quite the same caliber I was hoping it would have been, but still definitely the anime to keep an eye out for the next year.

I Wonder why Rider was going fighting against Caster (they never did in the first two arcs, except Rider got her neck snapped without seeing it coming). The famous scene where Saber first appears and swears allegiance is there, which makes me believe they might be going with Fate + UBW hybrid route. General consensus is that UBW was the best of the three scenarios, but I prefered Fate by far for a number of reasons. Too bad they are probably leaning more towards UBW.

i'd rather they have an entire episode on comedy instead of mixing it into a serious episode.

Also, I find it pretty funny that anime has such a basic formula. I started watching Yakitate, and it's amazing how they can make an anime about bread be exactly like every other anime about a boy genius beating all the odds. They could pretty much take any subject and put it into that formula for instant success! Or relative success.

exactly. genius boy enters team and gets one of the top spots. competes with other teams. enemy teams have players with special talents that confound genius boy initially but genius boy finds way to prevail. everyone is amazed. rinse and repeat

I have to say I find the fights between Ichigo and anybody else getting pretty tedious. Since we already know he can pretty much beat anybody, I'd sort of like for him to just beat them quickly so we can just get on with the rest of the plot. Ichigo fights climaxed against that awesome guy with the little pink-haired sidekick. Now he's starting to piss me off.

perhaps thats because you only watch those shows that are tailored specifically for that market segment, featuring the similar concept every time (i.e. "shoubu mono" or "shounen mono"). try watching something from a different genre, say Paniponi dash; you are in for a surprise to say the least.

Unfortunately, the only thing I know of as far as the english transation is that demo I provided the link for a while back. I installed it just for the hell of it and the quality of translation looks very promising, but havnt really looked into it thereafter. In fact, I still need to finish the Heaven's Feel scenario

I heard there were some intense things going on Shuffle eps18. the show looked bland and annoying at times, which made me stop after 12 episodes or so. based on what I heard about the plot and the screeines, I might as well pick it up again

Awesome guy = Zaraki Kenpachi

The fight between Ichigo and Kuchiki had to be shown with great detail because 1) it reveals his bankai 2) it's the ultimate fight for Rukia. The whole plotline of Soul Society leads up this point.

Episode 19 looks like it should be great. The previews show one of the girls going fairly psycho.

Shakugan continues to be the most interesting of the fall/winter season. Bleach still kicks total ass...it's easily much, much, much better than DBZ IMO. I shudder at the thought of what it will be like once it's licensed and dubbed for Cartoon Network. Jesus H Satan.

I keep trying to get people into something I watch so that I'll have somebody to talk to about it. I can't even get most people to sit through one episode of something that's actually good like SNS or Bleach. SUBTITLES ARE BETTER THAN DUBBING. Why are people so in love with fvcking dubbing? Argh.

i check both, but there are sometimes things that show up on tokyotosho that don't seem to make it to mininova (and vice versa, of course).

i'm assuming the torrent labeled [YHBT] Bleach 60 is not anything anyone would want to download. the dattebayo group seems to occasionally put out releases labeled "You Have Been Trolled" which definitely is not the anime episode it appears to be.

Bleach 60 hasn't been aired yet. We'll have to wait till December 6th for episode 60.
