Bleach 60 wasn't even on TV last night. I don't think it's real.

Anyway, random thoughts:

Finally finished Trinity Blood last night. Boy, that was building up to be something awesome but really left me wanting more (<3 Hugue though, why wasn't he in every episode). Very anti-climatic. Anyone who read the manga know if there will be another season? WTF @ Ion becoming Abel's apprentice or whatever.

Mai Otome, after episode 8, finally seems interesting.

Bleach 59 was friggen awesome. Last few eps have been great, but this one was phenominal.

I have to say I find the fights between Ichigo and anybody else getting pretty tedious. Since we already know he can pretty much beat anybody, I'd sort of like for him to just beat them quickly so we can just get on with the rest of the plot. Ichigo fights climaxed against that awesome guy with the little pink-haired sidekick. Now he's starting to piss me off.

I'd beg to differ. Ive never read the manga so I do not know his capabilities. I do not find it too drawn out. I enjoy seeing the differing techniques and the peaks of his opponents abilities - abilities that were supposed to be top notch and not something understandable for a person of his caliber. Would it be better if they packed more plot into each episode? Definately yes. But, it hasnt become tedious for me yet. The tedious part is waiting for the next episode.

its a "modified" version of 59, if you have the time to kill download it and see what they did to it. don't skip past the intro.

TONS of awesome awesome info about the books that the anime is based on. Makes everything in the anime a lot more sense after I spent like a whole day on those forums reading the posts lol.

Thanks for the resource! I'll spend all day at work looking at it. BTW, since you seem to be a fan...did you notice that we never see how the Professor actually fights? There are several scenes that show him standing over fresh bodies but I don't believe there are ever any action shots of him fighting.

I don't know about PSP specifically, but you can find something called MeGUI and some associated tools (like x264) on the forums of doom9, and they will allow you to reencode in mkv or mp4 format geared for a PSP. To resize the video, you would just need to write an AviSynth script (it's easy).

I'm sure there are all-in-one tools, but this is pretty easy as well.

They must be outsourcing to different places everytime, as I notice how the drawing quality (and style) fluctuates in Jigoku Shoujo. Story wise, I still think eps 1 and 3 were the best, the rest being kinda weak.

I really liked Bleach 60. As much as I like Ichigo, it's nice to see other characters involved in somewhat different aspects of the same storyline. It adds depth the plot that is missing in some other anime that I've seen.

I haven't read any of the manga, so Ep. 60 really through me for a loop. I did not see that coming at all.

From what I remember, the manga actually cut up all the fights. The anime just finished Ichigo's fight in 1-2 episodes. I guess that's better so you don't forget what the hell they were doing before.

The only complaint I have so far for Bleach is there needs to be more Kenpachi (sp?).

ARIA and Pani poni dash! are rare but good examples where talents of the directors allow them to do something creative without making the fans of the original manga upset.
Too bad they both got a handful of episodes left, definitely some of the top picks for this year.

A word of caution for Shana : The anime is based on a Newtype's Light Novel, known to be fun but poorly worded. Unless you read the novel (which I am trying to do at the moment), you are bound to be somewhat confused about certain points in the plot/background, so dont let that bother you and just enjoy the fights/drama/cuteness

By far the best Traumend episode so far, complete with intense drama. After all, that was the strongest point of the prequel as well, and I really hope they can keep that up for the rest of the series.

Bleach is freaken horrible :! only newbie and stupid anime freake liked it.. the anime isn't high quality at all and is simple sony/bandi crap. Story is shocking from episode 2. 1st episode funny and looking like its going somewhere but then fails beacause of stupid theme and chicks in small dress that alot anime seem to be using alot.

actully its one of the best animes in recent memory, the story is great as well as the characters, all women in anime have ALWAYS been drawn with short skirts and big boobs, there really isnt anything wrong with it, its not like a fanservice anime like Ichigo 100%

I just finished watching Wolf's Rain, and I guess it was pretty good. It brings me to wonder why all anime has absolutely horrid pop music in it. I mean, pop styled. They have ridiculous J-Pop intros and outros, and every once in a while a J-Pop interlude. There have been a few that don't (Berserk, Cowboy Bebop, Monster), but for the most part... good God!

So what's next? I've been watching Bleach still (not gonna stop now, even though it has become predictable) and Shakugan no Shana (Anubis, "fanservice" is a perfect adjective, I'll definitely remember that). I'd like something of actual quality though. Not sure what's up with Monster, up to episode 67 for a little while now. I had to stop watching Blood+ because it was lame. Why can't they make more awesome medieval adult anime like Berserk?

I stopped frequenting this page once Gundam Seed Destiny and FMP finished . Also naruto is crap right now, and I'm too far ahead in bleach on the manga to follow it. Dammit!
