CrimsonChaos, well I was deciding between Qd4 and Qb6. Checks here do nothing and putting my Q on the h, g, or f files just looks unproductive. I'm not very good at these kinds of positions (i.e. Q vs not Q pieces). But I feel like your 2 rooks will be able to work together and give me troubles. So Qd4 at least leaves me an accessible perpetual check and/or 3-fold repetition if I want it. Kind of want to see where you're going; my reaction will likely be to move my king forward and get f5 moving, but there's always 2 rooks to mess with me. Alternatively Qb6 is more aggressive; I think I might have had an easier time trying to push my pawn forward if I played Qb6. But I'd still be concerned about those rooks. I mean at first I thought if Qb6, then ... Bc8 is the best response. But exploring some more I think you'll have a hard time dealing with the pawn. However if instead ... Bf3 if I remember right I think I decided that my plans get stuck.
Why... do you think Qb6 would've been better? Something else? I hope I didn't throw away 'winning chances'.
Edit: what do you have planned anyway? Haven't moved in a while...
