Welcome to the AT Secret Santa 2k5 event. MartyMcFly3 and I are running it this year. The gifts should be in the $20 amount.

Here is what we are requesting on the form:
1) AT Name
2) Name
3) Address (Address you want your gift will be sent to in mid-December!!)
4) E-mail address
5) Phone number (We need to be able to call you if you accidentally forget about this, sad but it happens)
6) Age
7) Heatware
8) Ebay
9) Likes
10) Dislikes
We also have a box for additional information. You can add whatever you please here.
To make this as smooth going as possible, we prefer heatware or Ebay as one of the references to sign up for this. If you don't have any heatware, don't fret; we will deal with you on a person to person basis.
The cut off for signing up for this is Sunday, November 27th at midnight (11/27/05). Last year 99 members participated.
Now here are the rules, please read them before signing up:
1) Please only sign up if you are serious. I don't want to deal with people who didn't feel like sending out gifts, that is not the Christmas spirit. I have a list of people who didn't send out gifts last year...so I know who you are. After you sign up, you will receive a message back that we received your submission successfully.
2) We are having three sections of this event: US, Canada, and other countries. US participants will only get US participants and so forth. This will save the trouble of customs between countries and the possible lost of packages.
3) Please mail your gift with enough time to be there before Christmas. They should all be mailed out December 12th-15th, no later. If you think it might take longer, please send it out sooner.
4) For the US, we recommend USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. I would say this is the cheapest and fastest way for smaller boxes or packages. It usually takes 3 to 4 business days on average, sometimes shorter, to reach its destination. When you ship out your package to your person, you will be asked to send in the tracking number for the package.
5) For the Canadian and other countries members, please use a trusted shipping method that is trackable. I just want something we can use to see if the package gets there or not.
6) A list of Secret Santa?s will be posted after Christmas. No, I won't tell you who your Secret Santa is early.
7) I will be sending out e-mails probably a couple days after the cut off date. We should be done by the 30th, I'm hoping.
8) If I can think of anything else, I will post it here.
