Yeah, he gets nothing if they lose. But, he made it in Jan 2013. If he had the money to put $100 on a bet and wait a year to win, he has a decent enough job he's already got that $100 back and isn't missing it.
I am sure he isn't nervous. Probably just excited he has a chance to win a fuck ton of money on what is really a joke bet.
Personally, I prefer to bet the over / under on the National Anthem on the Superbowl. But, silly bets are fun.
*Also, I will say I believe it is fake. The article said he talked about hedging his bets and betting on FS just in case, but didn't. How would he know which two teams were going to make the National Championship at the conclusion of last season? Unless it was talking about him betting once the game was decided. Still, worded in a way that makes me think it is fake.
