I'm going with outright theft based on this alleged exchange:

"Hey, what's your store manager name?"
"Raymond."
"Yeah, he say ____"

let's put it this way. Even if it was a gift from Raymond, and Raymond truly is a big FSU fan, and if he and FSU were smart, they'd deny the fuck out of this.
