Don't know who won, but Bush didn't blow it like last time.

The online polls are going for Kerry, even FNC's.

Online Polls are useless. All those voting on them are wasting there time. Wait for Scientific Polls to get reliable results.

What is Hannity's response to this??? #!@$!

Hannity probably muted the TV during Kerry's parts.

I do not see how the stem cell/ abortion killed either canadiate. It is a question of do you believe it or not. Not a question of wether it is right or wrong.
50/50 each side.

Yeah, I'd have to agree. President Bush definitely showed more energy and skill than last time, and it was a much closer debate. I'd call it 51% Bush, 49% Kerry.

Bush sounded sober this time

Nice bleat.
So if you say Kerry won the debate, you are bleating as well?

As for the lumber issue, I think the American public will side with Bush and his whopping $84 over Kerry's nitpicking.

Bush did well. He is in his element in a town hall setting. Nobody won this one.

Your crazy! Kerry kicked this guys ass. The only element Bush is comfortable in is sitting on the crapper playing with himself.

Did you not watch or listen to this?

Bush smoked him all the way.

Kerry " your 84 dollars from the lumber company you own"

Busy " WTf? I own a lumber company?"

Kerry "umm, uhh, nevermind"

and another.

Kerry "I am for blah blah blah blah"

Bush "then why did you vote against blah blah blah several times"

Kerry "umm, ahh, umm, uhh," (changes topic yet again)

Did you watch the debate? Fact checkers confirmed Kerry's assertions about the lumber company, and I never heard a single "umm, ah, or uhhh" from Kerry, unlike President Bush. Bush did better, but Kerry proved that he is still a better candidate.

Everything I read said is he is president of a lumber company, but not the sole owner of the company. Big difference.

Going by that logic, since I own walmart and sprint stock and have proxy voting power in stockholder meetings, I own both companies

I thought Kerry said that Bush got a payment from a lumber company.

Yes, but Bush was lying about the lumber company

Sorry I lurk these boards and I made the mistake of stepping into P/N.

Can anyone verify where FactCheck recieved that information? I have looked through all of their sources and not of them shows that he owned a timber company or made an earning of $84. His tax return shows him as a member of several trusts, one of which might possible own a timber company, but that is not direct ownership. I also couldn't find much information on those trusts.

I would like a direct link to the source if anyone has it. You would think that website that handels political information would site there sources instead of listing them. Not very academic if you ask me.

Then again, it'd be pretty hard not to do better than the first debate

I think that sums up the debate pretty well.

Factcheck has been approved by both sides; it doesn't need our verification.

I don't care which side approves it. I want to know where they obtained that information since it is not in their sources. Its for me, because it could change the outcome of how I vote.

Bush does to much twitchin' and blinkin'. twintchin' - blinkin' and lyin'

he can't even come up with 3 mistakes he's made. He could only surmise that she meant Iraq. What an idiot. She ASKED for THREE Mistakes. Or maybe he himself believes that Iraq qualifies as 3 Iraq mistakes.

I Already did and I am waiting for a reply. I don't think I will get one anytime soon. Just wondering if someone here might have also heard that information from a different source.

Kerry didn't even volunteer a single mistake of his.

They are very reputable. As far as I know they haven't made a mistake and if they did they have corrected them. I trust them a hundred percent but I understand that you want to see it for yourself.
