BTW, I got and leveled Husk of the Pit. Even as a gray, it was an ok weapon. Now, just need to level Eris.

Heh...I'll farm the exclusion zone for glimmer a bit and upgrade my multi tool and Praxic Fire. I am not buying anything else to upgrade this week. I'll probably grab those warlock gauntlets though.

Ugh.. Patience and Time? Why can't it be Ice Breaker? Oh well, I have a lack of sniper rifles as it is, so I guess I'll pick that up.

I really want a MIDI Multi Tool, but that is because I love scout rifles. =(

Also, I can't find a group able to get that stupid chest before Ir Yut... I have everything else completed except getting that damn chest. I just want some shards. =(

Can't you do it solo? Just jump on the pillars, nail the screachers with some rockets and I would think you could make it.

I have two characters right there with save points. I'll try it out and let you know what is doable.


BTW: I got The Calling from FWC and it is a 331 scout rifle with exploding rounds. I love it. It has replaced my VoC as my go to scout rifle. I also have a fully upgraded multitool if that says something. Love me the exploding rounds.

Ice breaker was on sale for upgrade last week. I bought it then myself. I am gonna use multitool as my normal scout rifle, keeping my legendary for when I need to use a special exotic. As for patience and time I checked the stats and the legendary from the vanguard is superior.

I really need Vanguard marks. What really pisses me off was this week I farmed 75 quickly to get a chest piece, and like an hour after I bought it, I got a raid chest in CE... I'd be halfway to a weapon.

Sure did. I can spec for discipline again. Just equipping it with no upgrade got me from 53% to 90%. Grenade spam!

I rolled another warlock last night. Got him to 15 today and will have at 20 tomorrow so I can do another run on Crota.

... PVP in this game is literally the worst experience in my life. After 5 games, I have 15 total points in this bounty... Bungie is officially worse than EA for making me do this crap to get a weapon I will never use in PVP.

Thorn is apparently very good now with the buff. Still, it's a PvP weapon primarily from what people say. The DoT isn't enough to make it that special in PvE over other options with more impact.

Sure kill hive enemies with a blade's sword on earth...each zone only has a couple locations and they are constantly camped by people doing the bounty as well. Or you have low levels stealing your blade kills by shooting the acolytes and thus ruining your run. Compounded by the fact that in some spots there aren't enough enemies to get you to 15 in one run and you play the waiting game. One time I killed a blade holder only to have the sword stolen by someone who was lv9. Seriously... FU bungie.

They want this to be a social game but they force you to be anti-social and keep resetting the zone until you get one with no people just so you can do the stupid bounties.

I actually found a guy that was sitting there camping the acolytes when ever they spawned so others couldn't get the bounties. First time I saw a person griefing in Destiny.

Just had another guy sit in the cave where the hive spawn so they wouldn't spawn any more waves. Normally it pops out 3 waves of 4 enemies, I got 2 and then no more after he sat there.

I never fought Omnigul on the first level. I always plow right through the missions unless they make me fight all the waves. I watched a quick look on Giantbomb of them playing through the Crota missions and I was yelling at my monitor "Just run through!" as they were spending 10 minutes getting Omnigul down.

Yeah you're not supposed to kill Omnigul there.

She disappears. I only know that because I watched the quicklook. I ran right by her when I did my play through. You beat her later in the Strike.
