I find it to be pretty easy to just get 3 stacks in desolate sands while looking for VoA, then you can get 2 looking for the key boss in the oasis because it is huge and has lots of packs.
If I find him early, it is easy enough to just avoid him. Before I did this I would end up running all over Dalghur and probably killing at least 4 packs just trying to find him after I was already at 4-5 stacks.

Obviously I missed out on something. What are these keys you guys are talking about now? And I have been reading about "monster power" levels but I played a while and didn't see what this was, is it something you set somewhere? What is new?
Cool, thanks.
That explains a lot but I still don't get the monster power thing or where to select it or why

You might want to read this a few times then:

First, to enable it, go to your gameplay settings and check the box. Then create a private game via "Change Quest" and at the bottom of the quest selection screen, you can select your difficulty and monster power level. It's pretty simple to understand: the higher the MP level, the more Gold/MF/XP bonus you gain, but the monsters are also obviously harder. You can create the game as single player or with a party, but you can't open it to the public. Games selected from "public games" button also do not have any monster power.
Yep, been getting a lot of lag spikes (and deaths) lately. Yesterday, Sunday, was pretty good with minimal spikes. Saturday was a complete effing nightmare though with spikes every few minutes.
So you have to assemble the ring with parts? Completely forgot about that and will have to look into it.
Also, seems like Keys are not dropping as often anymore. I didn't get a single key after 10 or so Act 2 and 3 runs at low MP levels. I've done one Infernal Machine, and the first time was definitely easier.
MP1 - MP10 is getting nerfed tomorrow so if you want better chances by doing higher MPs with uber bosses, best wait till after tomorrows hotfix.
As the title suggests, we're going to be reducing the amount of damage monsters do in Inferno whenever Monster Power is enabled. Before I detail what's changing, though, let me first explain why we're making some adjustments.
When we originally designed and implemented the bonus values for monster damage in Inferno, we were unaware that a bug was causing monster abilities (i.e. Rare and Champion affixes) to not scale correctly with each Monster Power level. While this bug was caught during testing and did not make it into the game, the result of it being fixed meant that monster damage -- specifically damage done by monster abilities -- was ultimately higher at MP1 through MP10 than we intended it to be when 1.0.5 released.
So, to bring monster damage back in line with our original goals for the system, we're implementing a hotfix that will reduce the scaling bonus to monster damage in Inferno difficulty by approximately 25% for all Monster Power levels.
Here are the new damage values that will be hotfixed in for each MP setting:
MP1: 109.60% (down from 114%)
MP2: 120.12% (down from 130%)
MP3: 131.65% (down from 148%)
MP4: 144.29% (down from 169%)
MP5: 158.14% (down from 193%)
MP6: 173.32% (down from 220%)
MP7: 189.96% (down from 250%)
MP8: 208.20% (down from 285%)
MP9: 228.18% (down from 325%)
MP10: 250.09% (down from 371%)
Please note that these changes will only apply to monster damage in Inferno difficulty. Monsters in Normal, Nightmare, and Hell will be unaffected and continue to use their current values.
This hotfix is currently scheduled to be released tomorrow morning during normal Tuesday maintenance in the Americas, which means the new bonus damage values in Inferno will take affect once the game servers come back online.

This is what I do, but I throw in Stone Fort at the end just to do the key master guy.
Anyone having lag problem on the NA servers? I can't even farm because I can't live against any elite packs because I lag too much do enough damage to sustain my health. I am pure dps monk and rely on health globes to live.
