My friends will be bummed by the Skele King nerf lol.
I am really wondering how this works. Say, if you reset and I invite you to my game, where we kill Diablo, do you get the reward? I would be very interested to try this out.
I will try this with you....although most of characters are sitting in A3 having reset the other day.
Also, bosses will still drop legendary's, just not a guarantee from the King anymore. Yesterday, The Butcher dropped 2 identical legendary's for me on the same kill. The rolls were different but the item was the same.
Not a single invite on the EU side. Literally everyone here are from the US -_-Not a bad idea.
And, if you play on the Americas servers, our clan is Anandtech, send a join request if you haven't already. I also created an Anandtech Community.

baaaaaaah~
I wish.. I'm Paragon 341 in the EU lol and I'm not even level 2 yet on the US lol :whiste:Swap across the pond then! It isn't like it takes a long time to level and it isn't like you can't get gear quickly enough.
I will let you have my Cain's Set.
I think silverpig is in London and he plays US servers. I think the only 'problem' would be the time difference. But, leaving work early and playing D3 yesterday, I don't think a lot of the AT clan have jobs. >_<
Huh? You can play both EU and US servers, but you can't transfer your EU characters to the US server. If that's what you meant. ^_^Can't you server swap?

There's all these reviews on Amazon and elsewhere where people say they played 100+ hours or leveled 3+ characters to 60 and they hate they game. Doesn't make sense.
Most likely these people are attention whores who feel the need to post extreme reviews to ensure that it gets read. I f-ing hate that. I read a review on Amazon (not D3, something else) where the guy admitted that his "real" review would be 3 stars, but he rated it 1 star on Amazon because "nobody reads the 3 star reviews." That shit annoys me to no end. Same thing with professional reviews that give extremely poor ratings so that their review stands out on Metacritic (*ahem* Gamespot's 6/10 review for Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze).
If these guys used experience and reasoned logic to reach their conclusions, I'd accept them. But they're not. They're just a bunch of holier-than-thou comic book men types that want to climb on the highest soapbox they can find to shout out what they believe is some super profound opinion.
Yeah, I got your point.
My point is, anyone that's playing that much obviously enjoyed themselves to keep going, and developed a hate that was confirmed time and time again until their patience got the best of them. Doesn't mean they don't know what they're talking about, it's just muddied by their ragequit. There's a reason why people get jaded; it's not just made up from thin air.
Playing and hating it and then playing and still having fun are two different things. I have plenty to bring me to hate this game, but it's still fun to play for the most part.
I agree with you though; if they have valid points that make their case, then I'll listen, regardless of how vile their commentary seems to be.
I would swap. I swap only if I could transfer all my stuff to the US servers. :$That is what i meant....transfer would have been a better choice of word I guess.
I think Silverpig added me. I can't remember his BT.Swap across the pond then! It isn't like it takes a long time to level and it isn't like you can't get gear quickly enough.

I did T1 up until about Maghda on a WD. Hit 50 in 2 hours. Granted, I was rolling Cain's set and getting one shot early on. Eventually, I hit 41 and scooped up my Barber or whatever 1300 DPS dagger with -19 level req on it was and easily dominated the last few levels.
I think Wizard will be a bit better, as they aren't awful early game like WD.
If anyone has that hollowed plan, just an fyi. You can make some really decent monk fist and dh bows. I made a monk fist with 1350 + dex + socket, but all the ones I made were 1300+. Demon skin and Hallowed plan has been awesome for my monk.
Yeah once I hit 44 and could put on some legendary 1h axe with 11xx DPS and -16 level required it got really silly, I've been playing mostly on T2 (though starting immediately at T6 is fun for a couple levels) which is at times problematic but certainly amusing lol. Made it to like 50 by the time I downed butcher.
Also, it is for any difficulty right? On normal, it wouldn't take very long for my to do the game on my Monk. Already at 35% move speed PLUS skills that move me across the screen. Seems like incredibly easy legendary farming I might have missed out on if it was for Skele king. =(
