All that damage is EU damage though, so it doesn't really count. >_<

Can Trolldala drop the Starmetal? I want to make sure before I spend my shards hehe

There was a blue post that specifically mentioned everything Kadala can't drop, so everything else is fair game. I don't recall Starmetal being one of the items not able to drop, and since it is a 31 legendary that is upscaled, I'd wager it is fair game. You might want to look it up though, just to be sure. Diablofans surely has something about it. I can't search now though, due to work blocking everything fun.

I got a set source for my wizard from Trolldala last night. Completely sucked though. Could be just me but for some reason my luck with her seems better when I quickly click on the same item until im out or get a legendary vs just clicking slowly. Maybe just a superstition thing who knows.

Is that a 1 handed weapon or bow / xbow? If so, does it have main stat and a socket? If the answer is yes to these questions, it is pretty good. Otherwise, not really. 2 handed weapons are pretty crap, except for the fact crusaders are pretty much forced into them, but they suck from what I've seen. I think there might be a wizard or WD build that uses them, but 1 hander + offhand is generally the better option.

2-h mace. My crusader may use it once she's 70 (which will be a while, she's 68 but I'm bored with the class, so slow in killing everything).

It tells you right off the bat that the login servers are having issues.

I had just finished fighting Diablo. Probably why I didn't see a legendary drop; it's my Wizard's first time clearing Act IV. At least the fight went well enough, it won't be much of a chore to do again, assuming it drops me back at the pinnacle.

First of all, are there (m)any EU players here, and if so is there an Anandtech clan? I haven't found one.

Secondly, my last few posts in this thread have said how much I love the drop rate, but I'm plateauing around this 900kdps (self buffed) and 3m toughness range, and farm torment 2.

The reason I'm plateauing is I have yet to get a 'great' item. I've had cindercoats drop, multiple axe of sankhis (spelling), many set necklaces (almost all have been trash - blackthorne's I think), but none come close to what they should be - like middling crit damage (40%), then I have to reroll int from vit, or crit chance is low, or there are no sockets (cindercoat) etc.

I can't seem to get a 'breakthrough' item which would be even close to best in slot. I get that this is RNG, but I think out of around 100 legendary/set items in the past three weeks (I'm a casual), very few have been usable. To get the +500 int from the firebird 2 piece bonus I have stashed my gladiator gauntlets which are 'good' but not great, even though they are trifecta.

In short, I'm having a tough time getting a seriously great item, and wonder if these posters who are critting 30m per shot are farming T6 in geared groups rapidly, or what?

Gotcha. All for the better, I guess. I'm on track to be level 70 before getting to him, so whatever he drops will likely serve me longer.

My barb blows and I don't care to spend the time making him torment-capable right now (he just barely graduated from hard recently). Wizards seem to be far less gear dependant (cleared 100k damage much faster than the barb). I may get the barb going again, but the wizard is pretty fun. First time playing a ranged class in a diablo game.

Although looking through the last few pages, I should have probably stuck with my witch doctor.

After I gave up on finding one for the Wall of Man (I swear blizzard just trolls players with this) I made Piro Marella instead.

I been using my fire monk. 35% move speed + Mantra of Conviction with the speed boost rune is amazing when on normal using Tempest Rush.

My main problem with the monk, I don't really like any of the signature spells.

Having 7 strike with reduced c/d rune and the legendary that gives a 50% c/d reduction on it is nice though.

I really only use the monk for speed farming. Having enough spirit regen to do Tempest Rush permanently and just run through areas with Sweeping Winds + Tempest Rush is so quick.

If you are on a character below level 60, every end-act boss is guaranteed to drop a legendary, IIRC.

Does the Monk's Fleet Footed passive stack with the +25% move speed?

I mostly play on my Monk in rifts since he's one of my better geared characters. My Crusader is also well-geared, but he's just way too slow. I find it interesting that Blizzard made them more durable (they gave them 15% more mitigation), but they aren't doing much to increase their damage potential. People seem to focus on two specific items for them that make them much more potent. There's the 1H Crusader whip-thing that makes Blessed Shield free, and there's Jekangbord that makes Blessed Shield bounce more.

Oh, and some of you guys really like to do rifts quickly! I was originally just relaxing and watching Person of Interest on my second monitor while playing Diablo III, but I had to pause the episode as I just couldn't pay enough attention to it anymore.

When I was leveling my Demon Hunter, I noticed that I kept getting legendaries at The Butcher and Belial. So, I leveled up to 70 to avoid missing out on free max-level legendaries, but I didn't get any at that point. So, that might explain why I didn't get any!

Yeah Fleet Footed stacks with move speed, giving you a max of 35% without using any skills.

Crusaders just don't deal enough damage and in order to feel "strong" have to take the 15% move speed debuff. And that is just painful, as it doesn't work like "oh, I just have to stack an extra 15% with paragon points" or something. It is -15% no matter what you do.
