So a few people still playing this game? After I hit 500 I just never felt the desire to play again.

I got a second R. Gift allowing me to socket another weapon. Both my weapons are socketed. Can I add a second socket to one of them?

Too bad i cannot use them on rings and amulets so I can have another legendary gem.

Nope, only one socket per weapon. However, if you haven't enchanted the weapon, you can reroll the socket into another stat, then use the gift.

Good point, as my sword came with a socket that is a really good idea!

I still play. I am at 557. I was going hard at 600, in order to max 3/4 attributes in the offensive category. I would like to get 800 before I'm done so I can max out all the offensive stuff. Maybe I'll get 600 before the next patch.

Same here. 513 and have found all of the more treasured items, some multiple times. I quit a few months ago and try logging in every now and then and feel like there's just nothing more to do any more. Can't really complain with 1200+ hours logged though.

Damn I barely made it past 300 and I got bored, I just got sick and tired of trying to gear a character that couldn't possibly compete in Grifts because of the severe lack of class balance in this game.

I'm finally dipping my DH's toes into T6. Still not sure if I can hang there or not yet. T5 is not yet a cakewalk, but I can typically clear a rift only triggering my resurrection passive once or twice.

Rift boss Perdition one-shot me, like, every time it attacked. Toughness suffered to hit break points (guardian set bracer and belt would drop me to BP 4), but I had more important stuff to re-roll than any resistances. Still not finished with all the rolls I need with what I have, but at the same time, T6 should help me replace them faster.

This is a much better problem than my previous "can't get out of T1." I'm also up to successfully clearing grift 24, which is nice. 19 was my previous high. I kind of wish I had some of the other peoples' problems.

375 and counting... My Dh is a pretty decent cold build, only missing a Krider to go for the lightning build for higher Grifts.

My barb is coming along. I have a full (not optimal) leapquake build (earth + immortal w/call ancient) but I find it fun to use a physical leap quake + run/whirwind.

I also have a raekor charge build ready, only missing some vile wards to increase the dmg...


and for f*** sake... can I loot a SoJ already!!!???? ahahah

I have an amulet and from trying to roll a socket on it I ended up with +62% critical hit damage. Should i keep that or keep rolling for a socket and throw a level 10 Gem of Efficacious Toxin in there to do poison damage? I am not sure the legendary gem would be better.

Someone else will have to chime in, but I think you want an amulet to have main stat, CC, CHD, and a socket as primaries. And I think the priority of each is the order I listed, so you'd be better off keeping the CHD.

But again, I'm less sure on this, and someone else will have to chime in.

Unfortunately that's salvage or follower if you don't have a TF for them.

That is a double edge sword with the bonus going negative if you stand still.

If I were a Frenzy/WW barb it could be a negative but I'm straight up WW barb I get my Fury from passives and COTA so if I am attacking that means I am moving.

Last time I used those, they did not work off simple movement. They work off forced moves.

If you stand still and do an attack that includes movement, they do not proc. If you are moving then attack, the proc works.

It is weird and has been explained in detail on the Blizzard forums. People have asked for it to be changed, maybe Blizzard has done it by now or will in the future.

Good luck finding a TnT and an Andariel's.

I played some with him, when he says straight-up WW, he means it. The only time he wasn't spinning and moving around was picking up loot.

Made me take another look at my barb, helped that I got a second piece of the earth set. Although those aren't desirable anymore, it would seem. He's comfortable in T1 right now. Might even push T2.

I'll still probably just stick with my DH for now, see how well I can adapt to the new M6 when the patch drops. If I don't like it, I'll build up a SC WD, aim for pets, go jade if jade shows up.

I think I understand what you are saying about the movement effect, but from what I am seeing with the pants, my damage is jumping up a lot (mid 2 million range) when I am whirlwinding or moving, regardless of whether I start attacking from a stop or start while moving.

I already have a T&T sitting in inventory, it didn't get great rolls but its sitting there, I think its 40% attack speed for pets.

I have a sweet leorics crown but what would an andariels give me? % phys?

I will try and join you tonight. I have been spending time with someone else helping them level up from 0 paragon points.

I can now sustain my monk on T3 and T4 rifts and just got my second inner mantra gear last night. I would love to have 5 + a ROG ring for the set bonus of all 4 mantras being active. I have a third actually, the wand/staff but my two single handed weapons do so much more damage i cannot see ever using a two handed weapon. I still am chasing for Shenlong's Fist of Legends to complete that set.

So, my Demon Hunter found a furnace. Since I play the DH almost exclusively these days, I never paid much attention to other builds. But I know from all the posts on the D3 forums from people complaining about not finding one that this weapon seems to be in high demand. My guess is that the elite damage is what people like about this, because otherwise it doesn't seem to be all that great.

So is this any good? And more importantly, what do I do with it? I guess I could use it on my crusader, but would have to figure out a build for it. I do have some R. Gifts to add a socket, but I'm hesitant on using one since I'm not sure I'll even be able to use this weapon.

The latest hotness for barbs is getting 5 piece Raekor's bonus, and I think IK can even fit its full set bonus in there with a RoRG.

Good looking Furnace, though. For me, I'd gift a socket (I actually have two now!) and possibly roll the area damage if there is something better that can slot there.
