Liking that 2.2 list there . This game keeps getting better. I just started a season wd, and an old buddy pleveled from 0-70 38P in an hour or so... lol. It was awesome.

I rarely used health potions even when playing solo through the story mode. So it is the right thing to do even if iconic.

I like the potion change. It's just one less thing cluttering up your inventory and most people find one of the legendary potions and have no need of regular potions taking up space.

If the game were like D2 where there were different types and a limited amount of space for them, it wouldn't be as much of a problem but they changed to a single-potion system with a cool-down timer.

They also made picking up crafting materials easier, so that's a welcome change.

Holy cow, for Monk Inna's Mantra with a mystic ally and using Exploding palm and other skills will make the ally also use it. Awesome when you have a second ally!

Also i see Rgifts can stack to 100. Can they stack at all today? I never thought to use my unused Rgift on my existing gear when i already used it.

Yeah, I'm really looking forward to 40% damage increase or ~50k LPS or 18 spirit regenerated/sec. ^^

Gifts don't stack at all, which is becoming annoying if you save them up for just the right pieces like I do, lol. I end up having to burn some on subpar weapons just to clear space.

Will the Gifts only stack in inventory? I was thinking they would stack on weapons. Damn that would have been mind blowing to put two or 3 gifts on a weapon.

It's for the inventory system where it currently doesn't stack. Which means I have 4 of them taking up precious room in my inventory. Making them stack is fantastic. They will never stack on weapons. That would be crazy.

The potions being items go back to when there were still different grades of potions in the game.

After they made the static 60% change and introduced legendary potions, picking up potions just seemed weird.

And it honestly always seemed to weird to me since they were always on a timer. At least it made a little more sense when there were different grades of regular potions.

After a long but successful day of Diablo 3 grinding, I have successfully acquired an Akkahn's Helm, Shoulders, Gloves, Boots, and Chestpiece, along with a 3300dps Furnace with 10% CDR, a 4000dps Baleful Remnant, a Ring of Royal Grandeur, Helm of Leoric, and a Ramaladni's Gift to keep around for when something super awesome drops. Oh yeah, and about 50 paragon levels.

It's been a goooooooooooood day.

Me a my wife play this could anyone tell me since she is leveling blacksmith is there any reason for me to as well? Can she craft gear and just trade me in game? Or is blacksmith leveling even worth it? I can't decide if I want to salvage or sell items. If I do I was going to sell a full inventory then salvage a full inventory. We are both new.

Honestly, for the amount of gold that drops later in the game, the price of leveling up blacksmithing is pennies.

I started going for that set but the 500% buff that Roland's in patch 2.2 makes me want to skip Akkahn's set. My shield bash damage today at 100% buff is already at 30-50 million in damage when I critical hit. Another 400% would be phenomenal.

you can't share items. level the smith, jeweler, and mystic.

Leveling the blacksmith also has the convenience factor at the end of being abuse to salvage all with one click.

Plus, there are some crafted items that are temporarily decent when you can't find something in the wild.

From what I've read on the bnet forums, it is only the Firebirds 2 piece bonus that will change (from +500 int to whatever it shows now). The six piece bonus will stay the same.

Or did you mean something else?

It's funny - I played a lot on my season wizard this weekend and hit paragon 80 or so (EU, pub games), and I found an ancient chantodo's with 2800 dps raw (with a slot). If I can find a rgift I can roll the socket to + damage, right, and then use the gift to add the slot again? With that alone my wizard on season seems much stronger than my normal one (with over 300 paragon). RNGesus, I know, but it's insane that with a weekend of playing I could have a better wizard than I have as my main and sunk hundreds of hours into.

Basically, I'm gearing towards firebirds on the season, and hope to level my gems like crazy (toxin, powerful, and zei's), then go back to the normal character and jump up in progression that way as well. The reworked tal rasha set won't be retroactive, so I can finally dump all the tal rasha gear I'd saved and the other junk as well.

Sorry to keep asking, but are there any regular EU players on here? As far as I know, the anandtech clan on EU is dead due to inactivity (spoke to Capuccino about this a while ago) but I'm always looking for other players to have fun with.

Yeah the GR XP is kinda insane. Spent a little over 2 hours this weekend and went from level 8 to paragon 50, sporting about 5 set pieces. Only real downside is none of them are matched sets (yet as I do have a couple in non-seasonal chars).

Question about the Paragon Utilisty skill called Area Damage:

Is this worth investing points in it?
Does it proc off Rend and Cleave Barabrian abilities?

I know that you have a flat chance of doing area damage off each attacks you do (is that still the case), my guess is that it's only affecting that stat?
