I'd like to know what the veteran DHs here think about my Natalya DH. Completed GR 37 the last time somewhat comfortably (yet dicey at times) and I'd like to push through. Ideally I'd like to be able to farm lower 40s with ease.
I think my gear has a lot of potential, but Natalya isn't an easy thing to play for me, so I'm going to have to practice a lot, but besides this obvious personal skill/l2p issue, anything else you think I can improve with the gear?

Some notes:
1. I understand that most guides suggest Fire (Stampede), but I chose Cold. I had to use Reaper's Wraps because of hatred problem (this may change if I get better) so no Strongarm, which means there's no additional advantage in running Fire. Plus the Natalya Slayer naturally rolled cold, so I went with Flying Strike for RoV, switch the Strafe rune to cold as well, and rolled the Wraps elemental damage to cold. Would it make a big difference to flip back to Fire?
2. Should I roll off that 10% CHC on the amulet to a socket? Where would I be getting the replacement crit? Even now it's only 37%. Maybe I should try to get some more Hellfire made and hope to get lucky.
3. Ignore the Toxin gem and assume that it's a BoTT there, so it's BoTP/BoTT in the rings. Most guides also include Zei, and I tried it, but I felt like it was wasted on me because I seemed to always be in the middle of stuff and couldn't get away from the baddies, which made Zei useless. If I did end up with a socket in the amulet, what's the third? I cringe when thinking about yet one more thing to micromanage in Taeguk. In a seasonal character, I probably would use Iceblink.
My highest grift as a Nat's DH is 54 and I don't have to try too hard on anything below 50 (it's pretty guaranteed with minimal effort), so I will go into detail how this build works and why you need what. There is a lot wrong with your gear, I will break all your gear down by slot and tell you what is wrong first. And I will focus on fire as it will get you the greatest GR completed, however Ice is good up into low 50's without a lot of paragon levels.
I should at least preface this by saying that every damage stat you roll is completely intended to buff Rain of Vengeance ONLY - if the stat does not buff RoV in some way, shape or form - and is a damage stat, it needs to be rolled to a defensive stat.
Shoulders: You want both CDR and RoV damage, but 15% RoV will do you better here. Ultimately you need different shoulders as you want both.
Helm: Pretty basic, you got it right. It's worth shooting for 6% CHC in most cases but I can see you replacing this helm so no biggie.
Amulet: You WANT dex, CHC & CHD + socket, second best is CHC & Elemental dmg. Your CDR is not a good option on an amulet since amulets provide very large damage rolls
Chest: You are missing 15% RoV damage, overall this is a bad chest piece the way it is rolled and there isn't much you can do to fix it. Replace asap - you want Dex, Vit or Resist all, 15% RoV
Belt: Decent belt, however it is more important you get the crashing beast damage as close as you can to 4000% than have an ancient... you're effectively missing ~10% damage from that perspective which is a decent amount.
Gloves/Hands: Decent nat's touch, but you want CDR in place of resist all or vit. CHC & CHD & Dex are the others. In order of importance though, CDR is last on the list until you're really shooting for those higher grifts
Bracers: You need a new set as soon as possible. You're missing 6% CHC... you want CHC + 20% elemental (I choose fire and Strongarm bracers... I'll explain why later)
Rings: You got these right... CHC + CHD + Dex. In fact your restraint looks better than mine
Pants: Good thing you haven't rerolled yet! These are a good roll for your pants, change Evasive Fire to armor or Regen. Ideally you want a Resist all but you can't roll that since you have a secondary resist.
Left Hand weapon: WHY do you not have a green gem in this??? Rest of stats look fine. You want CDR but not in place of a socket if that's your only option to roll off. In order of importance: Max WHITE damage (the range below Damage Per Second), RoV%, Dex, CDR
Right hand weapon: Consider as a + stat only slot. RoV damage is calculated based on left hand, so you want (in order of importance): Socket w/130% CHD, Marked for Death, Dex, CDR, defensive stat (LPH/VIT/etc). If someone else is running a Calamity, you can use a Balefire and drop the defensive stat
Boots: Look good, you have all the important Primary stats
Gems: Taegook (damage + armor), BoTT (you use this), Swiftness (CDR)
Skills / Passives: You got these all right. If you get a good Hellfire Amulet, the 5th passive you want added is Singled Out, however it is the least important.
Ok, now that that is out of the way... here is the "philosophy"..
Why you want to use fire & Stampede:
Stampede does a knockback, this provides both a crowd control (CC) and a boost in damage when paired with Strongarm bracers
Why you want CDR (probably most important stat to push high grifts):
Your goal is to decrease the number of evasive fires it takes to cast your next RoV. Once you bring your CDR to roughly 40%, you should be able to cast a RoV every 3 evasive fires. Prior to that, it will be every 4 (or more) which is a big decrease in damage. Ultimately this requires you to get max / close to max CDR on all of the following items but 1: Shoulders, gloves, helmet, both weapons. Also - YOU NEED TO RUN SWIFTNESS GEM - this gives you 15% CDR!!
Your other main focus from a defensive stance is resistance and Vit... as long as you run Taegook your armor should be OK because it boosts your armor. Overall you'll still get 1 shot but RA gives you your best chance, along with a large life pool.
Anyway, hit me up in game if you want to see how it's done! I crit up to about 12-13 billion solo and up to 14 billion or so with the right group and bonuses.
