I got an andariels visage that had over 200str but you also take 23% more fire dmg... no one is touching it for 5m... This is my 5th legendary since the patch, all 5 has been duds.
It's weird; I'm happy with the patch changes...but I've still barely played. I think I farmed so much before the patch that I'm just sick of it now. It sounds like people are still largely getting dud drops anyway. I did a couple A1 runs post patch, and on all 3 runs the gear was actually noticeably worse. I NEVER would fail to get a rare item drop from a boss pack with 5x neph...my friends and I were running through A1, and all of us had it happen several times. Not sure what's up with that.
I dunno, maybe I'll play more in the autumn when I'm going on vacations less & stuff. Who knows.

I still believe MF works but people born with luck they probably have 100000% MF in their blood which we can't compete.
I can at least comment on IK gear. Pieces go for 5 mil with decent stats, so you are way over priced. If the gloves have AR but do not have Crit damage then it's a wash. Maybe if their str is over 150, but even then...
Boots with best stat as dex is just silly. Good luck selling that. The belt fetches a ton of money if it has Frenzy damage on it. The chest is up there, and a decent Boulder Smash is only 15-30 million(1400+ damage and 130 crit damage - seriously looked Tuesday evening)
I'd buy the helm off you, but I only have ~5 million liquid gold atm. PM me a price and the stats if you want, I can get gold if we make a deal.
Edit - Also when the drops first got updated people overspent, you might not be seeing a decrease in player base as much as less demand due to increased supply. (Though I don't doubt the player base dropping, just saying there's other factors)
The IK Gloves has 190 Str//81 Int//64 All Res//260 REGEN//9% CRIT//6% Melee Reduction.
The IK Boots has 90 Str//12% MS/90 Vit/170 Dex//78 All Res.
The IK Helm is not for sale but has stats of 196 Str//11% Life/6% Crit/5% Melee Reduction/61 Dex/Socket.
Couple friends of mine on another board are running/farming at the Vault of the Assassin in A2, and are having pretty good luck. Apparently there's like 6-8 rare or champion packs in there. Anybody have any luck there? (It's one of the places where you get a body part of ZK)

I like achievements as much as the next guy but I wouldn't really go out of my way for any of them, unless they were really easy. And as you mentioned a lot of the achievements are stupid. Beating Act 2 in under an hour would be hard even on normal, it's just so damn long and big. Beating every act in under an hour is a silly achievement. I didn't even know there were achievement "points".
