Alright, I've hit 167k dps. Only way I'll get higher now is if I get an Andy's helm for relatively cheap for an extra 10k dps easy. Otherwise, need beaucoup money for better dps Manticore, but I can't give up 250 dex and 200 vit on my current one.

Built a monk set today. Hit 80k dps and didn't want to spend anymore money. =( Still saving for a new mempo and a 1200 dps EF with crit and a socket. Only need like another 3.5 billion if I can snipe each at 2bil. >_>

I heard a lot of opinions that Diablo 2 is better than 3. I think - it depends. Graphics - of course Diablo 3. But gameplay and storyline - for me Diablo 2. How do you think?

Yeah, it really does get frustrating. I always try to side with statistics on it, understanding that there is a lot of factors and variance that can affect it, but even for the key runs I have documented lately it's WAY off. I've been documenting the runs just to make sure it wasn't just my perception of bad luck and at MP5 I'm averaging a 18% drop rate after about 60 runs. This is about what I was getting on MP2 runs a few weeks earlier.

So while I understand it's statistically possible for a 50% chance to actually come in at 18%, it also means that there should be some people out there getting the good luck, basically getting almost a key on every drop in MP5. Why can't this be me once in a while?

on another note i've started doing the 100million xp/hr run, ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vLbkDk80WRg )it literally can get you 100mil xp. only works for barbs tho. act 3 - arreat crater 2. mp7+ and sprint for those scorpion pack things only. it takes about 2-3 min a run if that. i can keep WOTB up entire time.
you do need 24% movement speed tho. /repeat until bored and want to do something else. i'm level 20 and i can get 1 bar per run avg

my dps is ~100k
yes no main attack, i just run up to a mob, cast overpower then battle rage, and start sprinting/ww'ng, cast WOTB and you can constantly spam overpower for the 165% damage + 10% CC (i'm able to cast it every second pretty much) - after about 3 complete circles of the pack i rend and sprint to the next mob i can find
i'm actually having issues spending fury if anything.

I put it in the "sell box" to see the market price: 34.5 million as of writing this. I don't see what the item sells for on the AH though -- it doesn't show up in the uniques box. Sell or manufacture shit on my own? Hmmm...

Edit: Oh... it teaches 3 plans.

I was unaware that something like that existed...I really need to hit the lottery I havent found something worth money in a long time. I found a stormshield last night but its worth about 2x a fiery brimstone =(

Nice find. This thread suggests that they sell anywhere from 30-50mil as of 2 weeks ago.

When I search the AH right now it sells for 35,748,388.
It's listed as a "Set" plan.
(I just typed in Sage with all of the other filters set to "all")

Just like any other items, sage's set items are all over the place in terms of price, the boots (journey) and gloves (gesture) sell from anywhere from 50k up to 50mil a piece. The helm (orbit) doesn't seem to sell for much, a couple million tops. Depends on how lucky your rolls are as usual.

I have a 100% drop rate on MP8 for keys since I started doing it. =)

I did the math, and as prices for ingredients stand now, it costs about 275k gold to make one Sage gauntlets or boots. There are a lot of crap roles on the AH going for less than cost. I made one set of gauntlets so far and they're turd... trying to sell it for cost-ish. AH seems saturated with mediocre ones that go for a few million-ish max.

Starting to regret not pawning it. But I have a nice avenue to create unique items, which is kinda cool. And apparently, the increase in drop rate for plans didn't apply to unique sets, which is why the price is still pretty high.

Good luck trying to sell anything without the absolute best stats; especially Sage's equipment. I've had a pair of boots for about 6 months that are pretty nice that just won't sell. The set bonus is just too lacking for anyone to be interested in them for the most part.

Yep... Tried to sell my first medicore one for a million, lowered it to 350k buyout and still no bites. Probably going down to firesale prices. Woops...

Glad I didn't buy one back then. Having a hard time picking between this ik or my bt with 75 str+ 260 vit + 200 regen. I lose a ton of vit, if I go with IK though.
