Do you need the cooldown? If not, drop that for a socket. The vit rolls on amulets are actually pretty nice because it's in the 650-750 range instead of the 400-500 on other pieces.

Man looking for RRoG (Royal Ring of Grandeur) has never been easier since the bounty bag buff for torment bounties. Did about 8 T2 bounties (running bounties at t2 is said to give a 50% chance to drop a legendary, however T6 gives 100% of a legendary dropping from a bounty bag) and got 3 RRoG's (along with 2 other legendaries) to drop and of the 3 one was an upgrade even after re-rolling for a socket to put gem in it. That one buff just took a huge chunk of grind from the game when it comes to gearing up. Though admittedly a RRoG is not necessary to gear up but still a very nice ring to have to make that process easier and more flexible gear wise.

I honestly can't think of not having a RoRG. That paired with SoJ or Unity (if you're solo) is just standard.

I still need to farm more Hellfire pieces and weep as they roll terribly.

So vile charge is a weird build. Yes, it's nice to crit > 100M,but single target DPS is terrible. I feel as if I'm tickling the rift guardian to death.

Yep. I went back to EQ. If there's not a few mobs around, you're basically screwed. I guess you can COTA and fire chains from a Maximus for single target, but single target DPS is definitely god awful.

Thought I'd come back just to let others know after testing some more of my pre RoS gear. On the X360 none of it shows up to allow enchanting, only transmog.

Started playing the monk again last night. It is crazy how quickly I am blowing throw things. Didn't change any gear, and I did T3 with zero problems. Did they nerf things or buff monks that much? I don't remember lightning monks being nearly as good as I currently am. Need two more pieces of the lightning set though. Thinking about switching to a 2 hander from my SoH and Fulminator, as I found Shaefer's Hammer last night.

I'm at work so I can't remember the name exactly, but rathidragon, Pericles, and I have been Hellfire ring farming for the past 3 or 4 days.

I fnally got the 4 mats to make the damn ring, now I just need 5 mil to buy the recipe LOL

Boon of the Hoarder + Goldskin + Kymbo's Gold = awesome!!

Running on Hard mode just for fun, found one of those cursed chests, kill 100+ enemies -- I cleared like 140 enemies and the gold counter at the bottom showed 280k collected during the fight. Very, very insane!

My two cents, 7.6M toughness is easily T1, even on HC.

My crusader (RIP) was in T1 around 4.5M toughness, and it was a bit dicey at first, but worth the faster leveling and more thrilling experience. I learned the hard way that I should have stayed there a little longer, since the 8M toughness I had paired with no synergies for DPS got me killed in T2 against Maltheal.

My HC pet doctor could probably be in T3, currently T2, but I'm holding out for at least a MoJ before making that jump. He did get a Gidbin (sp?) recently. I get 15 fetishes up FAST. Paper DPS is only ~380K, toughness is ~8M.

Well, I can survive T1 okay, but it's not fast to clear at all, not sure if DPS is just too low or what. And, if not fast, it's not efficient for gathering upgrades either. So...yeah.

Monks are just that much better. The big thing is, legendary gems really opened up a giant new universe of options. So there's that.

Personally I feel lightning needs DW. Primarily because of how well high IAS synergies with Seize the Initiative, Wreath of Lightning, Pain Enhancer, and area effect/chain weapon procs.

1. Now that my wizard is level 70, what should I be farming for, and what is the best way to do it? Also, should I be working towards crafting anything?

2. For my second character, I can't decide if I should level up a monk, demon hunter, or witch doctor. Any suggestions/opinions?

Man, I was doing some Grifts last night and right when I killed a level 30 Grift boss, my internet went out! I saw all the loot on the ground too but everything was frozen.

Later I found out that something happened with a transformer down the street which cut power to that side of the neighborhood. I guess the cable box/node was there too since I lost my internet but still had electricity.

Yes. If I mess up and lose my character, I'm okay with it (not happy, but okay). If my internet connections screws up and I lose my character, that's a different story...

2.1 has me curious about playing a bit again myself, my friends are all entrenched in Marvel Heroes but I cbf with it. Reading through the patch notes a few monk abilities did get some very significant damage buffs. Spirit generators were buffed pretty much all around iirc and Sweeping Wind was as well iirc (particularly the cyclones) if you're still rocking the classic lightning stuff.

Legendary drop buff to caches does sound nice, I only ever got one RRoG I think and it was a nice one, but Int lol. I would like a dex one.

At the same time, man, the dodge changes and nerf to OWE make me feel like my monk is going to feel a bit squishmode lol. I do like that OWE makes it so that +element resist of any type is useful on gear rather than being forced to only look for one type specifically, but still, that's going to cut my AR pretty significantly.

Finally got a rorg with CD, rolled the LOH to a socket. Running L28 Miranae in the Unity and temporarily running a L25 Enforcer gem on the other until the gogok is up to par.

Actually, OWE does make you search specifically for a single type of resist on everything - as that particular resistance goes up, so does everything else. Max one, max all.
