I finally got an rgift, but I'm not sure if I should use it on a furnace I stashed. It has int, vit, and I rolled cdr to 8% damage giving it 34++ damage. I can maybe get it o 3500 or so @ 10%. Is it worth gifting or should I wait for an ancient furnace? This will be used by my Jade doc. However, ancient furnace could possible never happen

i would assume your will more likely get another Rgift before you get an ancient furnace.

Yeah. I gifted my previous weapon which was non ancient. A week later, I found an ancient sword that was better, so I just rolled a socket into it. When I found an another rgift this past week, I just rolled the socket to +8% dmg. Its now at ~4200 dps.

Man I've found three rimehearts in the last few days but still have never seen an incense torch or WKL in the expansion lol. A cold based support monk could be interesting for a group I suppose.

Also noticed something interesting with ancient weapons, they scaled the damage ranges the weapon could roll relative to base attack speed I think. Whereas with 'normal' legendaries a 1.5 aps 1h weapon can roll the same X-Y range as a 1.2 aps 1h weapon, an ancient 1h now is subject to rolling a lower range. Basically it means that the theoretical DPS ceiling for 1h weapons should be roughly the same across all attack speeds (or closer at least).

I would to but it took so long to get that rgift, lol. Like since ROS, that is my first rgift. I did take a loooong break after hitting 500 and not seeing an smk ever. I'm pretty happy with my ancient ren ho right now though. So, I'm leveling my pet gem and primary attack gem right now. Also spending all shards on pants to try to get depth diggers.

Anyhow, I need a good reason to go back to Jade so I'm gonna gift that furnace.

If it helps any, the gifts weren't in the game since RoS. They've been around since 2.1.

I currently have three gifts in inventory right now, they don't drop often, but if you run a bunch of (g)rifts, you'll eventually come across another.

I feel so out of touch with D3... I played until Hell mode back then, now everything has changed and everyone is talking about rifts... We're not talking guitars here eh?

I'm assuming you are talking about a Witch Doctor. Pretty sure that Depth Diggers won't work for them, since they only apply to primary skills that generate your primary resource, which WD and Wizards don't.

Just curious, last night I beat Diablo and he dropped much more than he usually does, not that he dropped a bunchy of great stuff, but I just emptied my bag prior to going into the battle and his drop items filled every slot in my bag but one. I am wondering did anyone else experience this?

Those would be riffs, so it seems you'd be out of that loop as well.

Could not even invite you back into the game last night... I have the unity's on my enchantress and templar so you can see them. What one would you roll a socket in and use on my barb? I'm thinking roll off the LPH on the one the enchantress has on.

I feel like the first one is always the hardest to get. I had never seen a legendary potion or gift until a few months ago.

I've had about 5 or 6 gifts drop in total. I have three spare legendary potions in my stash (not every toon has one). I'm P351 or so.

What's more annoying for me right now is that I gotten enough tiki's and grin reapers and visages that I have ancients of each, but no MoJ. Rocking the ancient grin reaper right now. Nothing* like a dozen corpse spider queens running around with 23 fetishes and a giant dog. Great for T6, lousy for grifts 26+.

LoH gets rolled off the Enchantress ring, that's the one you should wear.

EDIT: *except the 23 fetishes and giant dog hitting twice as hard. That'd be fantastic.

Took me PL 350 to see a gift. After that, I've gotten 5 more in 100 PL. So, RNG is RNG. I've been pretty lucky with my DH.

519 PL, and just found rgift a few nights ago. Then, I just got one during a quick grift during lunch. Ha??? Maybe it is just that first one that takes a very long time.

That's kind of how it works for me... in pairs. I got a Furnace and within 20PL's my second one dropped same with Vile Ward. Seems I get a ton of things others never see and vice versa.

So I did decide to to gift my furnace, and just like I said another Furnace drops. However, it's not ancient and has better original stats than my original Furnace so I will have to waste another gift. Hopefully, gifts drop more regularly.

I got another pair of Ancient IK Gloves last night.

932 Str
7% IAS
10% CHC

Rerolled LOH to 47% CHD.

That was about the only good thing I got to show for 8 hrs of grinding.

Anyone have a good Crusader build? I've got the 2-h with the Consecration effect and am working on the full set of Akhan's. Currently using Akhan's helm & shoulders, hand-me down gloves from my barb, Blackthorne's coat/belt/amulet, ice climbers, and some pants (can't remember name). Using RRoG to get add'l set bonuses for Akhan's and Blackthorne's.

All in all, around 30% CDR as it stands and working to get it lower. I just can't figure out any good synergies with skills. Admittedly, I did get the Blade of Prophecy late in my gaming last night and didn't have time to reconfigure skills accordingly. He just feels so...bleh...at the moment...

It works okay for me. The only problem I have with some public games are the idiots that want to close the rift right after the guardian. It was especially galling when we had just killed a group of goblins (including the kind that drop shards) and immediately killed the guardian. Then one clown decided to close the rift as some were still picking stuff up.

That sucks, pretty much all the good stuff drops after you kill the RG anyway, especially with the number of levels in some of these rifts.

I'm always on, when I am playing solo, any of you guys are welcome to join anytime.
