That sucks, pretty much all the good stuff drops after you kill the RG anyway, especially with the number of levels in some of these rifts.

I'm always on, when I am playing solo, any of you guys are welcome to join anytime.

Yep almost all my good drops.... 80% have dropped after the RG.

I'll clear after the RG but generally only if it's a particularly good map like the A5 graveyard or A1 jail. Otherwise I've got more than enough keys/fragments/etc that I'd just as soon start a new one and get another RG (not an amazing legendary drop rate, but still pretty good) and more blood shards.

When solo I've just been starting GRifts at 1 and then jumping to like 10-11, 18-21, 25-27, 30-32 and clearing them and then upgrading gems. I can do them in my MF gear (170%, not amazing but hey it's almost an extra 6th legendary after every 5... technically at least lol) and GR RGs have very good drop rates and most of those difficulties can be cleared in 3-5m. I think it's a pretty good legendary per hour return and I've got tons of trial keystones to burn and it at least gets gems to 25 without much problem.

I did that when I was leveling my gems up. I've rarely see very good drop rates for any GRifts under 20. It really depends on what your character is comfortable running with. Find your max, and run GRifts 3-5 levels under that and you're maximizing loot/exp.

played a bit last night and tried to do a bounty this morning to have servers go down while fighting a goblin.

in the settings menu for difficulty/game type, it says 0 playing so seems whatever crappy matchmaker routine they are using I'm the only one in it.

Yea, I stopped playing last night around 630ish. I wasnt really playing anymore....just watching myself die without any way to stop it.

This morning seemed better. I played for about an hour and it was ok.

12 rifts last night and only 2 reasonable drops an ancient SOJ and from kadala I got a vile wards with high str, vit, % life and 13% furious charge damage on top of a max roll on the furious charge damage they inherently provide (35%).

I am going through withdrawl. I have been too busy sound dampening my basement ceiling and now I am sheet rocking this weekend. I hope the blades on my monk don't get rusty!

Managed to finish a level 43 Grift. Had less than a minute to end. Also, the RG was Rime so definitely made it easier. Hoping to push some Grifts tonight to see what my DH could do.

Depends on if you have ROS or not. If you have ROS, then DH with the M6 set is pretty high on the list. If you don't have ROS, then I'm not sure what toon is on top at level 60.

In terms of solo progression they're all pretty equal now. Barbs were on top prior to 2.1.2, but they were nerfed a little, and now everyone is around the same level GRift maximums. DHs and Barbs still make a majority of the higher level section though. If any class needs a little love, it's probably Wizard I think.

Playing with you guys last night on some grifts and Do all kills in a grift contribute to the purple bar? Or is it only the packs that dole out the purple coins upon their death that contribute. I noticed the other 3 guys i played with were running past a lot of enemies and i wanted to kill everyone. But if they don't impact the timer it would be better to skip the low level enemies in order to get a faster grift time.

The purple orbs are the biggest "chunks" but all mobs contribute to completion afaik, even if not visibly.

thanks, orbs was the word i was looking for. I was assuming all mobs add as well but the orbs signify a harder mob therefore more reward.

Some mobs simply aren't worth it, I believe. The larger, higher health mobs, for instance, take longer than you get for killing them unless they are rare / elite.

All enemies contribute to the timer, I know in my case I am much more effective taking on packs as opposed to individuals or strays hence why I was kiting around all over the place.

I think we ran pretty good last night though some packs and RGs were WTF!!
