Well, I learned a lesson the hard way. So, I've been working on completing that amulet+ring set (the one that gives you a bonus the longer you sit still or the longer you stay moving). I've had the ring for a while, but I don't have the amulet. In what seemed like a stroke of genius, I realized that I could spend 50 blood shards to get another ring (and also give me a shot at Unity), and if I got the ring, I could just convert it with Kanai's Cube.

Man, I sure was lucky, because I got the ring after about 10 tries! I went over to Kanai's Cube, tossed in the reagents, hit the Transmute button... only works on sets with 3 items or more. Where the %#$^ was that information before I did this, Diablo!? It doesn't say that anywhere on the transmute's page, yet it has warnings about other things such as inability to roll ancient. :|

That's a known change from the PTR of 2.3.

got a budget thorns setup on my sader. It's fun walking around and seeing stuff die when they run into you. The speed on my guy is terrible though. I thought my WD was slow. I'll probably dump all my paragon into movement.

What difficulty did you set your game at? TX for maximum gold drop I assume?

Yeah TX with a level 30 something Hoarder gem, I think I had roughly 75% chance for gold to drop on it.

WD can be extremely quick now with fierce loyalty on + the chicken hex

Lol just crushed a 57 grift with plenty to spare. My items are pretty crappy so far as for as ancient and optimization and only 1 gem is up to 25 lol. Not terrible for the first 10 hours at 295 paragon.

I tried Sprinter today in a 4 man group. We had a Wizard and two Crusaders running while a Monk stayed in town. The Wizard was teleporting everywhere they could, one Crusader was on his steed about 100% of the tine and I was on my Crusader using Steed about 90% of the time (need more cooldown). We finished in one hour and seven minutes.

I will never attempt this conquest again. I can see how a DH can do it and a Wizard as well with lucky spawns.

I did the other four conquests in softcore this season.

Woof yeah I dunno if I'd even want to try that. Maybe with the right gearing but it seems like a lot of work for little reward.

I decided to rework my nonseason Delsere's wizard (previously using cold damage) - pre-patch, I was struggling with solo mid-40s. A few new pieces of gear (mainly new ammy, orb and a change of cube stuff) and a new set of skills made a 50 grift a piece of cake - now I have to push it to see how far this character will go. http://us.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Brainonska-1770/hero/18812024 (the toughness may look low, but in game, base with spells is ~91million, going up to nearly 4-5 fold as I kill stuff and use spectral blade)

I have an LoN Bombardment Crusader. I did a GR 70 on my first try with it. It is a different way to play but it is fun.

That is what I'm trying to do with my WD, but can't even find a normal MOJ or TnT at this point. Just getting no luck at all with this WD.

As luck would have it, I found an ancient Litany that wasn't half bad, so I'm only missing 2 ancients now. Swapped over to LoN now that it's surpassed my SWK damage.

Playing SWK in higher grifts was becoming very frustrating, because any little monster that's near you completely destroys your play by not letting sweeping wind refresh from Kyoshiro's belt, and constantly having to move around with EW removes the damage bonus. When you're playing avoiding every single monster, you realize there's...a lot of them, especially in higher grifts where killing anything but giant packs of monsters is generally a waste of progress.

I'm so glad to be rid of that pussy footing play style finally. ^^

When you're playing avoiding every single monster, you realize there's...a lot of them, especially in higher grifts where killing anything but giant packs of monsters is generally a waste of progress.

I'm using an Inna's build on my Monk, but it isn't perfect either. The biggest issue is that my damage is spread out among the 10 Mystic Allies, and well... sometimes it can be like herding cats. Another issue is that you'll find your damage drop a lot in tighter areas simply because not all of your pets can attack. Although, it does get a bit cleaner when you use the active ability on Mystic Ally. As for EW, at least the damage bonus stacks very quickly. I think it only takes about 3-5 seconds of standing still to hit 100 stacks. I still have to move around a bit, but using Dashing Strike when I can helps.

I finally got a Flying Dragon, which I quickly cubed for its damage bonus. The only thing is that I'm not sure where the attack speed buff shows up, because I don't recall ever seeing it come up. Although, to be honest, I kind of miss using the Mad King's Scepter bonus (kill 10 enemies = huge explosion). The only downside to the Mad King's Scepter is that it's pretty useless on most rift guardians given there usually aren't too many adds. Although, it really makes short work of clearing. If only you could switch a bit easier than having to TP back.

Unfortunately FD doesn't have an icon for the attack speed buff. It has a light graphic and sound effect when it pops and while it's on shows wisps of air that fly around your character that aren't very noticeable unless you're sitting in town and zoomed in.

You get used to it proccing though, since you'll see your health stay up from LPH and spirit stay level if you're using Shenlong's. Otherwise, you can always quickly open your paperdoll and see your damage is 2x what it normally would be.

If you guys need bounty mats, best and quickest way I have found is join a public bounty game. Always start you with a group that hasn't begun and they take about 15 minutes to complete all 5 acts.

i've been using the convention of elements ring on my sader and it's kind of annoying how the paragon icon will actually block the buff bar until you go to assign points.

Yeah, I believe this cosmetic change has been requested or complained about by several people on the d3 forums. Hopefully it gets a rework in the next patch.

I agree, it's usually blocking my in-geom timer when playing eb wiz.

If you guys need bounty mats, best and quickest way I have found is join a public bounty game. Always start you with a group that hasn't begun and they take about 15 minutes to complete all 5 acts.

I use a wizard that can farm TX rifts in less than 3 minutes for this (wearing Sages for the DB accumulation as well). I joined a "community" - honestly, never even used this feature - and for speed TX bounty clears it's amazing. With everyone wearing speed gear it goes incredibly fast. Problem is only when people lie about their gear - why was the 'inspect' function removed again?

I still need the gold conquest, I can't seem to make my corvus runs very efficient, I cap out ~30M. With green in leoric's and a maxed boon. I figure I'll just run bounties and rifts and hope for a gilded baron and my 6K% gold find being enough.

Although I'm debating leveling up a HC toon and just doing the grift 45 as well. That conquest wasn't too bad. But with no free set, it would take too long to get powerful enough to find what I would need.

EDIT: I have all 4 sader sets, I might do Years of War (grift 55 with 6 class sets). Could be fun.
