So, not even 2 weeks into the season, and I'm pretty much done with it. Completed the season journey last week. And because I really had nothing better to do, tried completing all the softcore conquests. Last night I did the Boss Mode conquest solo on the first try, which was the last conquest I hadn't done. The conquests this season are much easier than last season by far.

So now, guess there is just the pets to farm.

Honestly the set is only good for 70+ grifts with a 3 support group, it takes too long to ramp up for anything lower. I have been using Vyr's for speed 55-65s and it is much quicker, you are in archon pretty much all the time.

It takes forever to stack chantodos and your gogok and you need people to tank the mobs while you are stacking. If people are just running and skipping stuff you get one shot by almost everything.

They key is as soon as your last archon ends you want to find a huge pack with an elite, use arcane torrent to get your stacks, and then pop Archon while you are overlapping with your current buff so you get double archon buffed essentially.

It takes a ton of practice, the right map layout, and also the right support team that know how it works as well.

Nice. I was doing some 70+ grifts with my monk, using U6 EP, and kept failing. My gear was similar to a friends that's at 77. So, I was like.. wtf?? I take another look at my gear and silly me, I had the unity ring equiped and cubed.. instead of cubing a COE. Pretty much breezed through 70 once I changed that, and barely completed 73. I look later, and saw that I never changed my way of 100 fists to assimilation. Left it on the holy one that I use with my generator and db farming builds. The smallest things can make the biggest difference in this game.

Also, is anyone pet farming? I swear, I don't thin T lvls matter. The only times that I've found Men gobs and Ravi was durring T6 plvl runs for some friends.

I swear by the Oculus proc on my follower. That and the power pylon gives me crits in the trillions.

On a side note, currently ranked 555 on the non season leader board at Grift lvl 79. Will attempt 80 tonight.

I need to buckle down and just grind some rift stones so I can get the tab. Three gems to 65 is where I'm headed. One down, two at ~57 already.

Yeah, I definitely recommend taking your time and soaking in the experience of the story line and getting used to what's all what. When you feel you've had your fill, plenty of people are available to help boost you along.

This season has become a colossal disappointment. My clan has pretty much stopped logging in due to the same boring META since people can't run high GRs unless you pick a wizard or one of 3 zdps. People just don't care about it, including me. All I do now is log in to hunt goblins and log out.

You can run high GRs with DH it is just a bit slower. 3 supports will always be the meta, the servers can't handle the calculations of two dps at high grift density, you'll just lag and die over and over again. Plus you need 3 supports so your party can live, 2 dps over 90 your party is just going to keep wiping.

Gotta agree. This season has been rough. For me, at least. I had a hard time getting a soul harvester, small man finger, et al for my WD. Even my monk, had a hard time getting ancient weps.

I'm ok with both at this point, but last season, I had ancient everything for 4 classes by plvl 700.

It was a reroll in cube. Reforged it.

I think I see where you're going, and an upgraded rare can still end up ancient.

Only the Convert Set Item recipe will never roll or allow an ancient. And that recipe doesn't work on two-item sets.
