I just joined TA DPAD, thanks to amdxborg suggesting it to me (in this thread: Text). It sounds like a really cool project and I have my Athlon 850, 320MB PC100 sdram computer running it 24/7, so I should get some work done! One quick question though, I have the background one running, so is there anyway to check my stats (either online or through the program)? My username is SpeedFreak03 (for S&H and DPAD) if anyone knows how to check. Thanks alot!

I hope to put out more - crunching hard, but I turn my computer off at night(I really don't have a choice), so, I thought that since my results.dat file was more than 100k, the auto upload thing wasn't working, only to find out in teh out put of the manual upload, that the file which was to be 100k was results.txt, whcih explains my rather weak score.
so, my results.txt file grows by about 25k per day. is this about right?

and, sorry if thisn't quite the use for the thread - still learning

I get i believe 93 or 100K results.txt file on a 3.2 ghz P4 w/ 2 threads running a Day..what kind of system are u running?

I finally built my other completely dedicated DPAD computer (its only a P-MMX 233MHz w/ 80MB PC100 SDRAM), only to find out that DPAD must not work right with NT4 workstation (SP6). It says the program had an illegal operation! Im pretty bumed! Is there any other DPAD client that will run on NT4, or should I put 2000 on it?

If you haven't uploaded any results yet then you won't show on the stats yet. If you didn't put [TA] in front of your name you won't be added to the team.
Sorry can't help with the other problem as I have only ran dpad with xp.

Yea my results.txt is only 3KB (its been running for about 2 hours straight), so that explains it! And for user.txt I have [TA]SpeedFreak03 so that is correct. I really wanna get the P-MMX started on DPAD but it just wont work! Im gonna do some searching and see what I can come up with.

SpeedFreak03, DPAD runs great on Win2k, don't know about NT4! Your result.txt file must first be uploaded, and after a few hours the results will show on the stats. Remember the [TA] in front of ur username.
