The Freepers are intentionally skewing online polls towards Edwards to make them tainted and unusable as news tomorrow.
Am I missing something? I don't read it that way. That would be the all-time stupidest spin effort in electoral history - people who click on CNN.com, or watch it on TV, will just hear the results, not about the ballot-box-stuffing effort.

It's within the 3 hours before the debate that it happened last time. I'll bet Freepers could compose some good DU letters. Here's mine:
Dear media person from list:
I thought that Senater Edwards showed the hes ready to take over as presedent if Kerry is elected presedent. Chaney is a mean old man and Edwards is smooth and goodlooking I hope he wins. Sure made up my mind in this debate. Please keep up the good work. Thanks!
Very truly, XXXX

Flood their emails with Edwards is a winner, then vote Bush in the online polls.
They won't know the Dems from us in the emails, and it is so personal it will tick them off because they will be flooded with thousands of emails.

I don't know. Last Thursday night was too busy fighting to keep sanity on the board to have a chance to fight Dem spin.
It's not even something I'd generally do, prefering my responses to be voluntarily and honest. However, war is ugly and post debate spin has become a war in itself. So guess they can count me in, provided we can control the number of "sky is falling" posts tonight.

Those results are quite shoking to me, though it's an unscientific poll. I think it might show that Democrats are doing what Republicans were asked to do(from another thread) more successfully.

Just like the left did after the first debate when they got the emails to flood the polls. Go figure - ACT and the other kook fringe groups trying to over-represent.

Link to Edwards stealing money from medicare? Just because Cheney said so doesn't make it true...
Kerry's Running Mate Established A Tax Shelter To Avoid Paying Taxes On Medicare

Wait, he actually said .COM? (Can't recall if he said .com or .org) If so, that sure was an amusing mistake.
CHENEY: Well, the reason they keep mentioning Halliburton is because they're trying to throw up a smokescreen. They know the charges are false. They know that if you go, for example, to factcheck.com (sic), an independent Web site sponsored by the University of Pennsylvania, you can get the specific details with respect to Halliburton.

Edwards said the connection between Saddam (search) and the terrorist network was minimal or nonexistent; Cheney asserted Saddam's Iraq "had an established relationship with Al Qaeda."

todd I am sure if you also saw that you also saw that Edwards distored the 280 billion dollar figure when in actuality it is closer to 120 billion, the 200 billion was for next years and furthers budgeting....love the half a loaf quote on your part though, what a fcking low life liar Edwards is.
