It's a national broadcast. I'm watching the Phillies right now and even they don't refer to them as "we." And one of them played for the team.

This has nothing to do with me being portuguese and all, but Portugal easily has the best football in this Euro... Their games are always exciting to watch because they create so many opportunities, they just miss too damn much

These Spain - France and England - Italy games on the other hand almost made me fall asleep... Spain in particular might be the most boring team in the history of football, and I can only hope Portugal can keep their own rhythm, or else theyre doomed

Did you miss the Germany - Greece game? Have to say for a single teams performance in the Euro so far Greece takes the cake. Absolutely no desire. Pretty much handed the game to Germany. That game made me fall asleep.

Man, I went to meet up with a few friends at a new English-style pub and the place was PACKED with international soccer fans (yeah yeah, futbal)...that's the biggest crowd I've ever seen watching soccer in Michigan. So happy to have this new bar!!! Can't wait to go back for Thursday's match.

Germany vs Portugal will be a good final.

I can't think of a single team that is more consistently inconsistent than Portugal. They either win and play well or look like complete rookies. Every single World Cup/Euro they bring a great squad and everyone including myself thinks they'll go far and then they promptly fall flat on their face. This time I'm predicting the other team will win. I don't see Portugal winning against Spain.

Ronaldo will get red carded for bringing a mirror on the pitch (somebody's got to look after that hair. If he paid as much attention to his football as he does his appearance he'd be above Messi).

Pepe will score an own goal.

Nani will run up and down the right side without doing anything.

Germany is pissed they have to play Italy instead of England. They need to beat two teams they struggle the most against to win the Euro, Italy and Spain. There's no room for 2nd rate soccer nations in the finals.

I'm not too worried about the Italy game. This is not a great Italy team.

They still could pull the normal Italy stuff though. Defend for 90 minutes, dive like they're at the olympics whenever the opportunity presents itself, and get a goal off of a set piece to win 1-0.

But I think the chances of that are pretty slim. I can't see anybody except perhaps Spain shutting out Germany, and even that would be a tall order.

Whoever said Spain games are boring is so right. They just pass around and from time to time try to score.

Goal is to score not to control the ball entire game.

Spain plays the least entertaining games IMO.
