I was also disappointed. Then again, maybe it was because I was expecting so much out of it, especially after seeing the latest Family Guy episodes.

No no, if you read the credits, it actually is 3 acts not counting the extras. Once Stewie meets that other dude and goes to that place, it's the 3rd act. The second act is when he leaves on his trip, and everything before that is the first act.

the thought the second act started at intermission and the third at "The End" ?

The 3rd act is called "Stu and Stewies Excellent Adventure", while the 2nd act is "Bango Was His Name Oh", so I'd say that means the 3rd act is where I specified.

This is a DVD of the feature film Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story, which was slated to release Sept. 27. It's a completely new film.

I'm not talking about the DVD release after an official theatrical release. I'm talking about either the straight-to-dvd release, or theatrical release.

firing up the old bitcomet. im probably going to buy it anyway. i think family guy is one of those things i enjoy enough to buy the actual thing (already have seasons 1-3 DVDs). gotta support them before they get cancelled again.

just finished the dvd. (shh don't spread the word about newsgroups )

it was just a really long family guy episode pretty much. sometimes it got boring, but it had its hilarious parts. i prefer it in 20 minute episodes imho.
